Prime location - A beautiful 4 bedroom, frontline, south facing Villa, perfect location for golf, hotel, restaurants or holiday relaxation in general with the added security of being on a gated resort with 24 hr security. The villa has air conditioning (meter) and lovely furniture throughout that is modern and bright and has free Wifi.

The Villa comprises of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (completely refurbished 2023), which make this a spacious villa for one large family or 2 holidaying together or a group of golfers.

English free view TV channels are available . There are bath, hand and beach towels provided to assist you to travel light.(cleaner to be paid on arrival).

The large heated pool (heating extra cost if required)has also been completely overhauled and is a fantastic size with a slide and inflatables for family fun! The lovely outside garden area overlooks the golf course and lake. A chill out sofa and seating area makes it perfect for Al Fresco dining. The villa has off road parking.

The gorgeous warm sea of the Mar Menor is just 5km away in Los Alcazares, with many safe beaches all along the Mar Menor coast, from quiet secluded areas to family filled beaches with all water sports available and several marinas along the coast line. The famous La Manga strip is just 25 minutes away where you can enjoy the Mar Menor or Meditarainian seas.
The area is filled with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

On your doorstep Mar Manor Golf Resort itself features bars and restaurants including The 5* Intercontinental Hotel with luxury Spa and hairdressers, indoor and outdoor pool. There is also a communal pool, which hold speciality entertainment nights, a supermarket (very reasonably priced), Golf Club House, gym, Tennis and paddle courts. Outdoor heated poo all year round (fees apply). Fine dining, Spanish, Indian, Italian, Japanese, American Diner, Irish Bar and Sports Bar can all be found a short walk from the villa.

The local towns of Los Alcazares has many restaurants from beach side cafés and Tapas Bar to fine dinning. The cultural and shopping city of Murcia is less than half an hour away by car or 15 minutes by Train in Torre Pecheco, There are several water parks in the local region as well as an abundance of Golf Courses to suit all levels. Closest airport is only 25 minutes away (Murcia) or 1hour (Alicante).

Group of 8 adults had a lovely stay here in November 25.Plenty of room in the villa and around the pool. The resort is extremely safe and spotlessly clean.Great communications between us and host.Already booked again for next year.

Fantastic! The villa is lovely and we especially enjoyed the pool and garden. There was lots of different seating in the garden meaning we could eat out there or relax on the sun loungers. The villa is also in a great location with an easy walk to the hotel and the various restaurants on site.

Highly Recommend

The villa is in a great location for all amenities on Mar Manor. Communication with the host and Terry (property manager) was excellent and the property lived up to all the family's expectations. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the outside space with the pool being a particular favourite for us all.

Great home!!

Amazing home to stay with family or friends. Great accommodation; spacious house with properly working facilities and loads of things readily available (towels, dish soaps, pool floats, etc.) Friendly host too!

Golf Stay

Group of 13 split across 2 villas. Host was great & even ordered us shopping so we had stuff on arrival. Location was great as we played 3 courses & able to book transfers easily. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect

My wife and I have just returned from this wonderful villa after spending a few nights there. The villa has everything you need inside and out with a good sized pool and nice outdoor area. It’s located within easy walking distance from everything the ‘resort’ has to offer and also the few and varied restaurants ands bars on the nearby ’strip’ we would happily recommend the villa as a place to stay if you are thinking of staying in this area.

Great holiday

Worked well for our family holiday. Villa had everything we needed. Newly fitted bathrooms are excellent. Shame about the noisy neighbour next door. Very helpful property manager living across the road, and available for any queries.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 10 days: house immaculate pool area and garden wonderful 5 min walk to the hotel and restaurants 10 min walk to MMGR and the Spar shop Super quiet location Terri the house manager really made it for us. Greeted us early ane even put an online grocery delivery away for us. Showed us how everything worked. On day 4 my wife had some really bad insect bites and she went to the pharmacy 5 miles away for us just to get some cream: she’s an absolute star Amazing stay: would 100% come again.

Perfect Base for Golfers!!!

Spent 6 nights at Villa Beamer with 3 mates on a golf trip....we were not disappointed. The villa was perfect as a base for our visit. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and everything you would need fur your stay. Terry and Phil (key holders) sorted us out with our shopping list, so the fridge was full when we arrived. Fab stay July 2024

We have just returned from a 9 night stay and had an amazing holiday. Liz and Terry kept in contact before our stay and also when we were there. Any queries we had were answered quickly. The villa is in a great location with a lovely view of the golf course in the garden and terrace. The villa is very spacious and was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 children (6,10,12, 16). There is lots of outdoor seats and loungers some in the shade and some in the sun. The kitchen was well equipped, the dishwasher and washing machine were an added bonus! We got a taxi into los Alcázares a few times which was around 15 euros, where there are plenty bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful too and in walking distance from the main strip. We would definitely recommend this villa and plan to return in the future.

A Place in the Sun

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Beamer, the owner Liz was extremely helpful and fast in communicating when we wanted to book the villa very last minute. Terry the manager who met us on arrival with the keys was also very helpful and accommodating. We have been staying at the resort for over 18 years now and Villa Beamer is the nicest villa we have stayed in with one of the best positions on the resort. The children all had a wonderful time playing in the pool and the slide was a big hit. The owners have significantly enhanced the property with new bathrooms throughout and artificial grass in the garden which was lovely underfoot and a massive improvement on the usual grass. The villa itself was equipped with everything you need and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be returning again in the future.

Well equipped with all the amenities you could need.

Villa had everything you could possibly want. The pool was enjoyed most of all by our 8 year old, especially the slide. There always seemed to be a breeze in the outside area which would be very welcome in the hot summer months but it would benefit from a wind-break for the cooler months as getting out of the pool was bracing and sitting outside to eat was a bit of a struggle at times. Lots of hot water for showers and plenty of space in the villa for the whole family. Beds quite comfortable although the double bed in the master room was very noisy when you turned over and the same with the springs in the downstairs room. Excellent positionwithin the resort within walking distance of everything and watching the golfers from the garden and the balcony was extremely entertaining! Lovely area to explore 'real Spain' and the locals are very friendly - all the menus of the day are extremely good value but we did tend to eat in using the bbq daily. We all had a lovely time and the villa was a great base - my daughter didn't want to go out at all!!!! We would definitely consider returning to the area and to this villa. Many thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

wonderful villa....wonderful holiday

From the moment Terry (lovely and helpful lady, lives opposite), the villa manager turned the key in the door, we could sense we were going to have a great holiday.The hallway was large and inviting and it led into a bright and airy living room with modern decor. We couldn`t wait to raise the electric shutters which led to the pool/garden area where we were going to spend a lot of happy hours for the next 10 days. We discovered a nice family sized pool,not too deep, a number of comfortable sun beds and enough seating for a dozen people on the nicely shaded patio where many a cold beer was taken! The villa backed on to the 5th hole of the golf course and was an utter sun trap til after 9 pm in the evening. The 4 bedrooms were of a nice size with plenty of storage space and the 3 bath/shower rooms seen plenty of use.The view from the balcony extending from the 1stfloor master bedroom was spectacular. The 2 grandchildren in the family aged 5 and 7 spent endless hours in the pool playing with the toys provided as did we all even the eldest 57 year old child! The board games provided and Netflix on the tv kept the little ones fully occupied. The kitchen was well laid out, had all the neccessary cutlery and utensils, large fridge-freezer and the much needed dishwasher.The washing machine with all other cleaning materials was in a seperate utility room at the back door. The resort itself is clean, quiet and relaxing.There is a mini-market on site which sells almost anything you might need and the hotel bar, the Clover serves a nice pint! Just outside the resort The Shamrock lounge and Route 66 are more than worth a visit. We visited a couple of nice restaurants in nearby Los Alcarzares and had a good evening one Sunday in Campbells bar in a nearby village called Roda. W e went in for a bite to eat and to have a drink and were persuaded by a nice gentleman to join their regular Sunday evening quiz...we were mortified when we won 1st prize!! The Mar Menor Golf resort is only a 10/15 drive from the airport and in reality there would be little reason to leave the resort during a vacation but we hired a car and were able to visit Cartagena (about 40 mins), a couple of very good local markets and golf courses in the area and different restaurants in nearby towns. All in all we had a wonderful holiday in a wonderful villa and given the right opportunity would return in a heart beat...(in fact would have stayed there!) Thinking of going? Get it booked!

La estancia en si fue perfecta. La casa está muy muy bien para un grupo de 8 personas. Las fotos reflejan lo que hay tal cual. La dueña de la casa añade gastos por servicios "extra". Algunos estás obligados a pagarlos, y otros no. Al precio inicial hay que sumarle 150€ de limpieza, y además una tarifa de 20€ por la entrega de llaves. Si quieres aire acondicionado o calefacción en la piscina tienes que pagar el servicio. Teniendo este gasto extra añadido directamente al precio de la reserva seguiría dejando un precio bastante competitivo para todo lo que ofrece la casa, así que dividir el precio final en cuotas menos directas deja un mal sabor de boca, incluso si estoy contento con el precio final. En cuanto a todo lo demás, estoy bastante contento y volvería a repetir, un servicio atento y profesional.

Lovely villa in a great golf resort

Stayed as 2 families 6 adults in all. Plenty of space to escape with terraces & outside areas. Bathrooms were good sizes and a nice sized kitchen & lounge. Pool was fab with a proper deep end making use of the slide safe. Outside store for golf clubs so they didn’t clutter the space up. Walkable to golf, restaurants, bars, shop & sports facilities. Only 10 minutes in a cab to Los Alcarezes where the beach & restaurants are lovely. Would thoroughly recommend and if you can get a good rate on car hire it pays to do this as taxi return to new airport will be around €80 so may as well put it towards your car hire. All in all we will return to the area & would definitely return to this property.

Perfect!

A family of three generations, we're just home after nine glorious days stay at this lovely villa. We found it to be exactly as described. Perfectly positioned for the men, who golfed on some of the days and close to many beaches. The children adored the pool and enjoyed the playground just a short walk away. Big supermarkets are a short drive away but having the Spar on site was a bonus. All in all, perfect!

Golf on tour

Large villa with all we needed, good base for travel to various courses. Having the pool heated was a worthwhile added expense as the ladies were never out of it. All in all a great week.

My family and I bought the Villa in early 2014 after spending several years holidaying around Spain to find our perfect location to visit year after year and bring our family and friends.

We feel this property and area has something for everyone. No need to hire a car as restaurants and bars are all on the resort but if you do hire one, there are lovely towns and villages within a short drive or a Taxi (taxi rank on site). The area has many golf course to choose from and the perfect location of this villa means you have golf views of the 5th tee. There are water parks and excellent beaches for the family all close by. The calm waters of the Mar Menor which means 'little sea' are a few degrees higher than the Mediterranean and the sheltered bay and shallow shores makes it extremely safe to swim. This region has many fiestas so it makes it an exciting area all year round, towns and villages become places to celebrate and enjoy for all ages. The villa has everything you need, we have made it homely and modern and the various patio areas mean you can have some quiet time or have a splashing time in the pool.
