This lakeside gem is the perfect choice for a family retreat, w/ room for 6 Single Kayaks (3 sit in and 3 sit on top) w/ oars, Regular SUP and Inflatable SUP are available for use. 3 Single River Raft Tubes, Extra Chairs for Dock, 2 Solid and 2 Netted Pool Loungers and Noodles. Cleaning fee includes house cleaning, hot tub cleaning and pool cleaning, 1 propane tank for the gas grill, 1 propane tank for the outdoor fireplace and 1 propane tank for the Outdoor Fire Pit on patio (you can refill at Diamond Hill Store or Food Lion), paper products, linens, towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, fully stocked kitchen including coffee, tea, sugar, artificial sweetener, cleaning products, guest soap, extra batteries, bug spray, trash bags, air freshener, HOT SHOT bug spray, Meyer's cleaner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper (2 per bathroom) and paper towels (1), aluminum foil, PAM, olive oil, extra light bulbs, lighter for grill, 2 hair dryers, 6 Spa Robes and 6 Pool Towels. Appliances include stainless steel flat surface range, double door refrigerator w/ ice maker and freezer on bottom, built-in microwave, dishwasher and convection oven/air fryer and coffee maker, coffee grinder, small crockpot, dishes, pots and pans (including a large steamer pot). Grocery stores, restaurants, boat & jet ski rentals wineries & breweries and shopping all within 5-15 minutes! Bring your boat/jet ski or rent one from the many nearby marinas. Central Air and Heating. Kayaks are used at your own risk. 6 Adult Life vests and 2 Child Life Vests are provided. Home Sleeps 6 Max, No Exceptions. PETS (2) ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL. $100 PER PET (2 maximum) PER STAY. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE (guests are required to bring blankets or sheets to cover furniture), guests will be charged extra $50 for not picking up after their dog. Must be 25 years or older to book. NO SMOKING INDOORS (guests are responsible for any damage from smoking outdoors and any fire damage (NO SMOKING INSIDE OF HOME, guests will be charged $250 for smoke odor inside the home). HOME HAS EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS (no cameras are positioned to invade privacy and are only at entrances) and are TURNED OFF ONCE GUESTS ARRIVE.*** Please Drive Slowly Down Graveled Driveway***.
