The primary bedroom deck faces the river while the en suite bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate shower. The living room is the perfect place to relax after spending the day strolling around Folly Beach; it's equipped with comfortable furnishings and a well-placed flatscreen TV for your entertainment.

With a prime location just half a mile from the beach and downtown Folly Beach, entertainment is practically at your fingertips. Visit one of the many restaurants nearby that include Taco Boy, Rita's Seaside Grille, Loggerhead's Beach Grill, The Crab Shack, and more! For outdoor fun and relaxation, there's nothing better than Folly River Park (0.3 miles). Here you can take in the views of the marsh and the river, sit down and have a memorable picnic and play. Folly Beach is a true haven for water sports enthusiasts; try your hand at swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing, and boating. Swimming is allowed on all the beaches on the island, with public beach access at the end of every block.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place to Stay

Everything was great. Close to beach and walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The Condo was very clean and any questions we had was answers fast for us. We would definitely like to stay here again. The whole family of 8 loved it!!

Wonderful townhouse - perfect for family! Spacious and close to everything on Folly !

We loved this townhouse so much! It was just what we needed for our family of 6! We loved the multi level layout. The property was nice and close to everything we wanted to do. Folly beach was wonderful! We enjoyed fishing at the pier, surf lessons, a charter boat ride to morris island, swimming and hanging out at the townhouse.

Clean and Convenient Location

The townhouse was very clean. Perfect size for our group of 6! We had the fortune of unknowingly staying the weekend of the Sand and Surf festival which we took advantage of and was able to easily walk a few blocks to check out. It was a great stay with some great memories! Would definitely stay again if in the erea!made!

Good but Disappointed

Place was nice. Had what we needed structure needs some work on the balconies. Disappointed that our key Fob didnt work for the pool area. Workers cutting the Palm trees quickly ended our Friday swim day blowing all the debris on us and in the pool. We still had a good time.

Wonderful place tp stay for all ages!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The views were absolutely beautiful, and we loved starting and ending our days taking in the scenery. The location was perfect, with easy parking and just a short walk to the beach. The setup of the home was ideal, with separate bedrooms and living spaces that provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime. We made the most of the nearby fishing spots and scenic bike paths, which added so much to our experience. This place truly has it all—can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place to stay.

Stayed here with some friends for a birthday weekend. House was very clean, comfortable and the view was great. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would totally stay here again.

Wonderful townhome

Seem to be really spacious for us. There was three adults and one kid. Proximity to restaurants and the beach was also nice. The pool is only three townhouses down, so it was very close. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property!

This condo has everything we needed. Loved that it has a bedroom on the main level. The pool was great to have. After the beach we would go to the condo, have lunch and go to the pool. The condo was close walking distance to bars, restaurant's and the beach. Loved it and would stay there again!

Great location. Could use an update

My group loved the location. Just a 10 min walk to all of the action in Folly Beach. The house was clean and spacious. The twin beds were very stiff and the TVs were small and out of date (over 10 years old). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location - Condo needs some love

We had a wonderful time visiting Folly Beach. The condo itself… great location. Within walking distance. But the garage door was broken and wired open leaving it unable to close the entire trip. This caused restless sleep and an uneasy unsafe feeling. I contacted management but no one came to fix it. My daughter slept in one of the twins and every night I had to remove and kill little beetle like bugs before she could sleep. The condo needs a DEEP clean. Simply buying a new toilet seat for the master bathroom would have been nice. When the seat is worn with the paint worn through to visible see the brown base under, it’s time for an update.

Great area BUT Misleading beds, outdated, poor communication

1. 2-queen beds were advertised, but they were full -sized…uncomfortable for two. 2. Very small and Oder TVs 3. Garage door code did not work; texted the number; Vacasa said “We will contact the local management and they will contact you soon.” No one contacted us during our 4-day stay. 4. Poor amenities . No beach towels, salt & pepper, only one extra blanket, no extra bath towels. We have stayed in several other units in the same area for years but this one was the worst and we will not rent here again POOR reflection on VACASA…will probably not rent through VACASA Again!!!

Great location, but not impressed with managing company.

The actual VRBO was okay. The listing was accurate, but there were many basics that were lacking, including enough silverware. There were some issues that should have been addressed before we arrived, but since our experience with the managing company was so bad, we did not call on them (we did tell them about the vent that was not on appropriately, the shower curtain that was about a foot too long, and some other minor issues after we left so they could fix for future guests). The managing company was terrible about communication. We asked them to please let us know when there would be someone to there to fix the garage door and the non working toilet and people just showed up. Vacasa is not impressive as a hosting company.

Amazing location and average property.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this community and we love the water view location and the short walk to town and the beach. The property itself was fine, but not as nicely appointed as the one we stayed in last year. Furniture and mattresses were showing quite a bit of wear and the kitchen wasn’t well stocked, but we didn’t spend that much time inside so it didn’t impact our vacation at all.

Good option-not perfect

Spacious space with three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Quiet. Sparse which on one hand is good with no extra clutter but small details missed like moldy vents and caulking to be redone in the bathrooms. All over it was very clean and would stay there again. Just wanted them to fix those little details.

Disappointed - Dirty and Run Down

The entire condo looks like cleaning and maintenance has been deferred for quite sometime. Walls are disgusting and covered with things like lipstick, mouthwash, brown goop, etc. I had to wash all sheets because they had black hair all over then had to buy new shower curtains because they were so stained and one had poop splatters. There was trash everywhere. It literally looks like they dry wiped counters, emptied trash cans, changed sheets(that had hair on them) and set out towels. Nevermind the fact that nothing had been dusted in a very long time. It is CLEAR this place isnt cleaned well at all most of the time as it was filthy and maintenance is obviously deferred frequently. To name a few maintenance issues- The twin bed headboards are about to fall off one side table barely stands up, light bulbs are out, 3 lamps were non functional, black mold was on bathroom ceilings. The pictures were very deceiving and we were so disappointed with this property.

Nice place close to town

Spacious unit offers pretty view of the Folly river. Close to town, walk to everything. It does need some routine maintenance (two of the toilets run, the glass in master br door is fogged), but I'm guessing that will soon been taken care of.

Charleston, S C vacation

Lovely home, had everything we needed and was with in a short distance to most everything we wanted to see and do! Close great restaurants! We absolutely had no problems with this unit or communication problems. Would definitely rent it again!
