The home is also within few miles from of numerous hiking and biking trailheads.

The loft has 4 large skylights (two of which open completely) with amazing views of Mount Jumbo and into the forest canopy of Greenough Park.

Full basement with Maytag front-load washer and dryer and plenty of storage space.

Super energy efficient, with a brand new (October 2025) gas furnace. No central AC.
