Prepare meals in the large kitchen, while the kids (and adults) lounge around the private pool, or make use of the BBQ grill in the pool area. The beach is a short stroll away down Sandcastle Drive.This great 3 Bedroom 2 bath home in Chloe's Landing just off of 11th street is decorated in an elegant style with big dark mahogany furniture, soft leather and comfortable finishes.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
