Semi-detached villa in Playa Blanca 700mts away from Marina Rubicon, quite in private complex, good construction materials and full equipped, if you want to enjoy the facilities. A very important in this island is a heated pool , infants and children welcome, We can provide a cot infant if required, contact before arrival. We acquired this villa to enjoy the sun in the South side of the island, LOCATION of the villa is close to the Papagayo Beaches, white sand, and the marina Puerto Rubicon, which has a busy nightlife, with a few restaurants and bars. A five minute drive from the beaches of Papagayo and 5 minutes drive from the centre of Playa Blanca 20 minutes waking to the promenade and Marina Rubicon.
The villa has two bedrooms with AC, private heated pool, free Wi-fi throughout the villa, Smart curved 55 inch sat TV UK & european channels, alll Sports and movies. Solarium with sun beds around the pool beside the garden area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed located on the 2nd floor and also has a private terrace where you can enjoy breakfast alfresco or enjoy a quite moment reading at the table and two chairs. The master bathroom is located close to the master bedroom.
The second bedroom on the ground level has twin beds close to a second bathroom.
The living room with access to the kitchen, solarium and pool.
Fully equipped kitchen with hob,oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Hope you can choose our villa and we will help you in the island with all necessary for a perfect stay, we are Spanish private owners and we are leaving on the island, our advise will guide you for the best quality holiday in Lanzarote at the most economical price.

Great stay for our family of four!

We had a great stay at this villa. It had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen and even some milk, bread and beer and wine! The villa has lovely outside space with a nice small pool. We rented a car, which we used daily to drive to the Marina and the various local beaches. Check in was great as we were greeted by the owner and communication via Whatsapp prior to arrival was great. Would definitely stay again.

2 week relaxation.

From the time of booking to the day we vacated the property communication was excellent. The property was exactly as decribed and location was perfect, quiet but close enough to shops. Lots of places to eat around the marina. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Amazing Villa in wonderful location

Amazing holiday in this beautiful well equipped villa. Ideal location for walking to the Rubicon marina and Papagayo. Quiet area but close to amenities. There is everything you could possibly need in this property. Loads of indoor and outdoor space. Pool is wonderful. Owner had left an amazing welcome pack. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic

A lovely quiet villa, very well equipped and very clean. The description of the villa from the host is exactly right in walking distance to everywhere, so you do get your steps in! Would definitely come back, and a big thank you to Polo, a great host.

Was excellent from start to finish. Villa was spotless clean. Pool was fantastic, outside space was fantastic, owner was very accommodating and help. Lots of extra towels, milk bread, butter, water and a few essential were there on our arrival. About 20 min walk into town. Will definitely go back and would also recommend 👌

Fabulous stay

Great contact from Host Polo from start to finish. He did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be. House was perfect size and as described. Lovely to have a large welcome pack in the kitchen and have staples like salt and pepper. Pool was heated to a nice temperature and outdoor area was spacious. It’s located in a quiet complex with a mixture of residents and holiday homes and is approximately 15-20 mins walk from Marina Rubicon which has a selection of restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very pleasant stay in Playa Blanca

Have stayed in and around Playa Blanca several times at this time of year so know the area quite well. The villa was well situated in a gated community, a mix of residential and holiday let properties so the area had a good feel and was nice and quiet. The villa itself was at end of one of the blocks so had a larger footprint resulting in a good sized area around the pool and enough space to sit out whatever the time of day. Communication pre-arrival with the property manager was excellent and there was a very nice welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The villa lacked for very little in equipment in the kitchen including a Smeg fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Outside was a washing machine unlike other villas we have rented in the resort. Everything was really clean and well presented and we felt safe and secure whenever in the villa and the safe allowed us to keep valuables locked away for extra peace of mind. The satellite tv proved a little temperamental during our stay however there was also Netflix access so if we stayed in on an evening there was always entertainment on hand. Overall a really nice stay and we would be happy to reserve this villa again in future.

Nice Villa,Good Location

The villa was clean and well presented,on arrival the pool is heated to 26'c as in the villa description and you can request to have it increased which we did as my wife suffers with Raynauds.Polo the villa owner increased it to 28'c and said let him know if we want it increased to 30'c,I text him and said yes please some time later he said if you want 30'c it will be a further €140.I said we were not prepared to pay more as it was not mentioned in the villa description.The same day we had no IPTV stream and texted Polo but got no reply so phoned him but he delined the call twice .Only when we said said we would contact Vrbo incase his phone was down & we had a real emergency did he reply.The situation left us feeling vunerable as he is your only contact.We did have a lovely time in a lovely villa but unfortunatlly marred by the owners unproffesional attitude.

La casa è molto pulita,spaziosa e accessoriata di tutto il necessario, è in una zona centrale per le spiagge . Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La piscina riscaldata è stata una comodità perché anche nostra bambina piccola ha potuto fare il bagno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Quiet and relaxing

The property is well equipped, clean and easily accessible. The area is quiet but a quick walk can take you to restaurants and shops. The host is on hand should you need anything and provided all the local information on arrival. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a really relaxing and quiet holiday.

Beautiful villa!

We were fortunate to choose this villa for our week long stay and loved it. The owner couldn’t have done enough for us, even though he and his wife unfortunately had Covid so couldn’t visit, but all our queries were answered and he helped us sort out transfers to and from the airport, which was above and beyond and much appreciated. So we didn’t hire a car, which was fine for us. 20min walk to the Marina and about the same again up to Playa Blanca. If you have any mobility issues suggest you do hire a car. The villa itself just couldn’t be faulted, it’s beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need to be self contained and self catering. Again we really appreciated the welcome beers and wine left for us by the owners. Can’t recommend this villa highly enough!

Secure setting

The villa is situated on a gated community, end of road in a very private setting. Walkable distance from shops, beach and amenities but would recommend a car.. There is a small pool with villa ideal to cool you on Hot days.. Very well fitted out with all you need but could do with greater quantity of crockery and cutlery so you can fill dishwasher more to save on power and water usage. When we were there we had a problem with internet crashing. Although this was not down to property as the whole area was out by supplier, as soon as we advised owner, he came straight away to try and rectify. As this was beyond his control he arranged internet with new supplier to ensure the villa was reconnected. The owner could not have been more helpful. Would recommend this villa for a relaxing retreat.

Lovely place

Lovely Villa absolutely immaculate with everything you would need to enjoy your stay . Nice little welcome basket the local wine was delicious. Luzmarina kept in touch with us frequently and sent clear instructions about setting TV etc . Enjoyed our stay here would definitely recommend.
