With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a king-size bed in one guest bedroom, as well as two queen-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, allows this unit to accommodate up to eight guests comfortably. The primary bathroom has been completely renovated for 2024. The well-equipped kitchen and beautiful dining table make family dinners a blast. The living area with casual furnishings offer an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms boast new furniture as of 2022. Enjoy the amazing views of High Pointe from the private balcony.

The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
