Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!



High Pointe Resort E26 is a beautiful second-floor condo with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight adults, with max occupancy being nine. Stunning views await in this spacious corner unit, with plenty of room for your whole crew. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light into the beautifully decorated open-concept living/dining area. Spend time together on cozy furnishings in the living room, or take it to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There's no better place to catch up with family and friends. Modern appliances and ample space in the kitchen make it perfect for cooking and preparing quick snacks for the pool, while the breakfast bar accommodates cozy moments for two. Bedrooms and bathrooms are just as delightful, with modern appointments designed to make any stay relaxing. The generous master suite features a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a garden tub, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Guest suites are just as accommodating, one with a queen-sized bed, twin bunks, and flat-screen TV and the other with a queen-sized bed, twin bed and flat-screen TV. A washer and dryer are additional conveniences to enjoy during your stay!



Start the day with a game of pickle ball, then hit the pool for a refreshing dip! Grab a snack at the on-site restaurant, Crabby Steve’s, or grill up some fresh seafood on the outdoor grills while the kids play on the playground. Hop on the bikes and take in the sights on the Timpoochee Trail. Head west to Alys Beach and Seacrest Beach and stop for lunch at The Big Chill. Head east, explore Camp Helen State Park and hit Pier Park for an afternoon of family fun. Paddleboard, kayak, or book a fishing excursion the next day. Every day is a new adventure on 30A!
