Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on your balcony, take an easy walk down to the beach, and spend your afternoons enjoying the refreshing waters of the shared, large pool, small, heated pool, and grilling areas!

Redfish Village is located on Scenic Highway 30A in the community of Blue Mountain Beach, one block from the white sand and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The shores of Big Redfish Lake are mere steps away, as are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. You'll also be within an easy walk or bike ride of Gulf Place Town Center and Grayton Beach State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Redfish Village

This condo was nice and clean and perfect for our family of 3. We could walk to the beach and great eateries were within walking distance. We especially enjoyed redfish taco that was within the redfish village community. The pool was great as well!

Great location!!!

This was a great location!! The condo was clean and well stocked. Easy beach access with outdoor showers and bathrooms. It was an easy walk, however, the shuttle is available if needed. We did opt to rent chairs and umbrellas so we had no issues with beach setup. If you choose to bring your own there was plenty of room at the water line to set up if allowed. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED so bring your own. Red Fish Taco was amazing!!!

Comfortable Condo

Very clean condo and accurate pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Recommendations: It could use some new comfortable balcony furniture. The master shower door need adjusting so that it doesn't stick. Some condos we've stayed in have a printed guide to using the TV which is most helpful.

Before school trip

Great location to local food/ice cream. Easy access to public beach and they have a private entrance also. Condo was more spacious than expected. Great accommodations!

Great location and amenities

Great setup! Easy keyless check in and out with automated reminders. Condo building is nice, pool right there, carts for loading and unloading, elevators, beach shuttle, easy walking distance from beach. Only disappointment was the shade service. Set us up on the wrong side the first day, gave our reserved chairs to another group while we were at lunch and moved us, second row the whole week, letting people without reservations pull chairs from reserved groups. Also be advised that smoking is either allowed or not strictly prohibited on the Redfish portion of the beach. Ability to text support with issues was an awesome option, but the written responses from the team were odd and difficult.

Great condo near restaurants

We loved being able to walk to restaurants! The property is very well let and we enjoyed and appreciated the assigned, covered parking. I do with the beach access was closer and easier… lots of steps. But still not terrible. The balcony was large and beautiful. Very nice beds.

Quick trip

My husband and I took a quick trip to the beach with friends. Although the condo is a little out-dated, the price was perfect. & when you're at the beach, who is really in their condo anyways!!

Mold issue and smelly carpets

The location was nice. The walk to the beach was not bad, bit the walk up and down the beach steps was not easy, especially with beach gear and children. The beach shuttle was not running. There was no staff onsite or nearby to address any of this. The person who was in charge of the chairs and umbrellas at the beach never showed up. The condo itself was in dire need of maintenance and a proper cleaning. The master shower was covered in black mold and the carpets smelled of dog urine. This is not a pet friendly unit, nevertheless the carpets reeked of the odor. The kitchen floors were sinking and spongy in spots and the trim was torn up. Possibly it is in the middle of repairs. The issues were brought to the attention of management but no one ever called or came by. We were moved to a different complex after multiple calls and emails to Vacasa. Would stay in that location again if the issues were fixed. The coffee shop across the street was nice and the taco restaurant was excellent.

All the pros and cons below!

We love Redfish Village. It was a great complex to stay in. Very close to the beach, great pool, and fun little kids play area. The complex is right across from Blue Mountain Creamery which was a bonus. Also, had easy access to bike rentals etc. The unit is a little outdated like many others have commented but that doesn't bother us at all. There were very few breakables which is awesome when you have a toddler. What we didn't love about our stay were a few things with this condo in particular. - lights: there were several blown out lightbulbs and some bulbs that weren't in the lamps. This was a bit annoying. - supplies: we stayed for two weeks and we're only provided the minimum amount of supplies for a one week stay (soap, sacks, toilet paper, etc). We just figured it was common sense that if you rent for multiple weeks the supplies matched that. -beds: they need new mattresses ASAP. We aren't that picky and have stayed in lots of units/hotels and never had a complaint but these had divets from sleepers and were unbelievably uncomfortable. It was almost like someone trying to pad a rock 😂 Would we stay in Redfish again? Heck yes! Would we stay in this unit again? Not unless they change out mattresses by our next stay.

We did enjoy staying at Redfish Village. Location is great. We were disappointed with a smell in one of the closet ( per urine). The smell was so strong we couldn’t use the closet. We did contact the office manager and the sent us a house keeper who used a chemical spray and after that we couldn’t use the whole bedroom as well for a few days, keeping windows open 24/7 with a fan on as well. But the pet smell came back and we still couldn’t use the closet. We did notify the manager again, but nobody came back to check it out.
