Love this location!

This is our second stay and we had a great visit! The floors were dirty when we arrived and the WiFi was spotty the whole time, but was a wonderful stay regardless!

Good room/Public Beach

This condo is great. We enjoy the view and how spacious the unit is. However, there were a few things that didn’t impact the quality of our stay but were noticeable. The glass doors were not cleaned. There were child hand prints smeared all over. The TVs in the bedrooms were not used. The master only has one channel. We Couldn’t change the channel at all no matter what we did which was odd. Although we don’t go to the beach for TV it would have been nice to have it on to don’t the noise of cars driving loudly outside. The smaller bedroom had no batteries in the remote control. If we had intended to do a lot of cooking this trip that may have been an issue as the cabinets are bare and lacking some things you would need to cook a lot of things. I will say that having public beach access it a major issue in this location now. It’s not the condo owners fault, but sadly we do not intend to book this unit again since the public beach access is the most uncomfortable and stressful thing we experienced On our trip. It’s is a small area for a very populated community, people are rude, there is no system in place to make the public beach pleasant. We had to walk far and through a maze just to get to the water. There has to be a better system in place for that. If the beach isn’t your main focus this is a great community, very walkable and convenient to many things.

Great price, views & proximity

The pictures don't do this place justice! Immediately upon entering we were surprised at the size of the condo. It could have used a little more thoroughness in the cleaning department but what beach condo couldn't. The proximity to the public beach was great although at a busier time than when we went, I'd say this public beach may be a bit too crowded.

Loved this place and location - little maintenance and amenity issues but worth it!

We loved the location - we could hear live music from all of the neighboring restaurants and bars. Ice cream downstairs was a nightly treat! Beach access is convenient but VERY crowded. There’s only a small section that is public access sandwiched between two huge private sections. We ended up driving down a mile or so to a better access point. Two balconies were spacious and a great surprise. WiFi and cable were glitchy, the stove went out, one of the balcony doors’ lock didn’t work, and the pool gate was broken. Service was readily available but I felt like I was constantly having to say something. Bring trash bags - there was only one provided! :) all in all - we will book again! Spacious and can’t beat the location.

Perfect Location

We loved the location of this condo. You have a partial beach view but get to feel and hear the beach. You’re directly across the street from the public beach access. You are also within walking distance to anything you could need whether it’s food, drinks, entertainment, limited groceries. Don’t expect the most luxurious furnishings or decor. But this was one of the best places we have stayed for the price. Some people had issues with it but I thought the layout was great! I liked the bedrooms being on the bottom floor with main access to the main living areas. Also, the double balconies were awesome. I will 100% be back.

Disappointing

Black mold on air vents. Ill equipped kitchen. Worn out balcony furniture. Sparse silverware. Dust deep on ceiling fan blades. Master bedroom window treatment filthy and hem ripped across. We love this complex but will never again rent this unit. We sent pictures to VRBO at arrival. No response.

Yes, the location is fantastic. This condo however, is not clean or well kept. I have stayed in this building, in other condos before and cannot believe that this place is being offered in this condition. When you walk in there is a smell that no amount of room spray and cleaning helped. When we showed up (after an 8 hour drive) we had to spend an hour cleaning the hour just to feel comfortable. The carpets look like they have not been cleaned in years. You definitely cannot walk around this condo without shoes on. There was a cabinet in the kitchen that was completely broken off, but was strategically placed to look like it was working. It fell off so many times that we had to just place it on the kitchen counter. The curtains in the master bedroom are stained and ripped. The list goes on and on. This place would be incredible if it had a DEEP cleaning and any effort was put in to keeping it in better condition.

Great space

Nice place for family. Some updating would be nice and a better stocked kitchen. Take a large pan for bacon for sure. Tall ceilings unique space above shops which was fun. Perfect location.

Use of TV, Dryer

TV only had cable networks, no major networks like CBS, NBC, ABC. Took a while to figure out dryer. Worked on timed setting, not on energy safer. But appliances nice.

Great condo and location!

This was our second time staying at this particular condo, and we’ve already booked a third stay. This place has an amazing view and a great location. It is super close to a beach access with a lifeguard stand (peace of mind with young kiddos), and also near our favorite 30A restaurants. We love it!

Great location, comfy home

The first thing I was looking for was location. This home is in the perfect location, on 30A, almost directly across the beach from public beach access. The building houses 10-12 units - just large enough to have a private pool and elevator but not crazy like a major high rise. The first floor has some shops, including an ice cream shop. There are a couple buildings right next to it in the same format that has a coffee shop and restaurants, making it super convenient during your stay so you don't have to drive anywhere. This home also has a designated parking spot so you never have to look for parking, even if you do have to pull out your car. Another big plus is that there is a hose and shower set up right next to the pool. If there are long lines to rinse off by the beach, you can just cross the street, walk over to the building (like a 2-minute walk) and rinse off. No wait and no risk of carrying a ton of sand back into your unit! Inside the home, the two story set up was perfect for our family. Night owls or early risers can use the livingroom and kitchen upstairs without waking everyone else that is sleeping downstairs. The upstairs living space was clean and spacious and you have a view of the ocean. Both the livingroom and the master bedroom downstairs have balconies with seating. The only cons were minor. The dryer is ridiculously loud so if you are going to run the laundry, run it when you leave the home. After it runs, the fan goes (also very loud) for an additional 10 minutes or so, so beware. The kitchen has a spice rack with all sorts of spices but no S&P. If you are cooking, bring your own. TVs in both bedrooms are small compared to the quality of the home, but we were so tired from our days in the sun, the TVs did not get much usage anyways. All of us were super pleased with this home and would definitely stay again!

Great Location & Floor Plan

We loved the location of this condo. Directly above an ice cream shop, toy shop, and restaurant. It’s also directly across the street from the public beach access which is nice. The floor plan is great having the bedrooms downstairs while the kitchen, living and dining are upstairs. Two balconies was a plus as well!

Great place!

This was the perfect place. There are 2 bedroom with their own bathrooms which was very nice. There are 2 balconies and it is on the main road in the middle of all of the shops and restaurants.

Convenient location

Excellent location and space. Two story with nice kitchen. Located within walking to restaurants and beach. We will stay here again. The only suggestion would be to upgrade TVs. smart tv with access to Netflix would be nice. The older DV player is out of date. Thanks.
