Thoughtfully upgraded, your Gulf-view getaway boasts a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a living area with a TV and access to the balcony.

Just steps away, via public beach access, you will find shore fishing, parasailing, and jet ski rentals! Less than a mile from your vacation rental, visit Saint Andrews State Park for fishing, picnicking, and hiking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was wonderful and accommodated my family well. The view was as stunning as it was 2 yrs ago when we stayed. I did have to reach out to vacasa a couple of times and they were very helpful and answered in timely fashion. Will definitely be staying again.

My stay!

Arriving we had trouble figuring out how to check in. The email did not clarify that we just head to our room. We also were unaware that the bunk beds were in the hall. The queen bed was uncomfortable due to the broken center piece to hold the box spring evenly. So the bed sunk in the middle. The access codes were inaccurate another guest actually gave is the codes. Other than that everything else was perfect

Terrible furniture

The master bedroom mattress was completely worn out. Specifically, you could feel springs digging in your back as you continuously rolled into the center of the bed because of zero support. The sofa and loveseat were also worn out completely. You needed a grab bar just to stand up. The ice maker did not work. The bunk bed mattresses were also completely worn, and appeared to be manufactured sometime in the 1980s. It is clear that the owners of this unit have neglected to update and furniture for over 10+ years. While we love Seychelles, we will never rent this unit again.

The unit was in a great location. Beach was great! Close to food and fun! The couch was uncomfortable even considering itā€™s a sleeper sofa. Only major complaint is the floors were not clean! If you walked without shoes, you ruined your socks. I didnā€™t dare walk barefoot!

Nice enough for a few

We stayed 1 night because we didn't know there was a convention during this time and we were a party of 5. Everyone had a place to sleep but it would have been nice to have plugs on the wall or area where the bunk beds are as we know this is the age of electronics for the youth. Unfortunately we couldn't put our bags in the closet because there were furniture and other owner items, so this made it very close quarters for people to move around. The view from the balcony was refreshing ! And again my main issue is not being able to check in before 4. We drove hours early in the morning to have enough time to hit the beach only to be told we had to wait to check in later leaving us less than 2 hours of towel/umbrella service and the sun. Something needs to get better with this especially for what we pay to enjoy our time. I was even willing to pay late check out fee too. This definitely will better suite 2 adults and 2 small children under 8, but it served its purpose and was decorated very nicely!

The unit was beautiful very clean . it had a couple of knocks. Only one trash bag , one roll of toilet paper . And the mattress really needs to be replaced. I still love everything about this unit .

Condo was beautiful. Nice balcony. Girl at desk very sweet. I got here early so she gave me a bracelet and let me go to beach till Check in time. Only thing I didnā€™t like was the $110.00 cleaning fee I was alone snd only one night. That a little steep.

Very clean and spacious. Itā€™s in the perfect area. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. So close to so many good restaurants. We will definitely book to stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

We had 4 in our party. The room had adequate space. We never felt too crowded. Parking can be tough but the room provided all we needed. Great views of the ocean and nice access next to the elevator.

We stayed in this room for the 1st night.. not impressed - the pull out was dirty and the room overall was outdated. We stayed in another unit the following night for the rest of the week and was super impressed - the room cleanliness were total opposites.

We had a great stay. Nice view, clean, equipped with all necessities, plenty of towels. The elevators can be quite a wait, but we were there on a holiday weekend, so it was very busy. I would suggest a safety lock on the inside of the front door for families with small children as there is no way to lock the door from the inside that I saw. Also, putting full length, light-blocking curtains in the bedroom to block the city lights at night. Otherwise, we enjoyed it!

Short visit

We booked last minute to surprise my sister in law. The condo was clean and the process using VACASA was great. Overall the unit is nice. However there are just a couple of items that I feel like the owner should be aware of. Because it was only two of us it didnā€™t really matter at the time. If we had four it would have been a problem. Only three glasses and two old plastic wine glasses would not have been sufficient. Other than that it was nicely stocked. The ice maker only made about 10 pieces of ice In two days. That needs some attention. It was a nice large fridge and that was great! The ceiling fans were way to small for the high ceilings. It was slightly hot. When we got there the free standing white dresser drawers were broken . Again didnā€™t bother us because we were there such a small amount of time but wanted you to know. The only other item that I have never encountered and totally not the owners fault was that all of a sudden water was pouring down off the balcony above. I rushed out to check because I was afraid there might have been a leak above. It was a man telling me he was washing off items. Luckily I wasnā€™t standing near the rail enjoying the view! It happened twice. My sister in law and I both had issues with the code not working but the company quickly changed them for us. Loved having beach chairs available. The gathering room TV was huge! Overall great time the unit just needs a little updating furniture. Little stained but not dirty. I really appreciated the flexibility of dates. I would rent again.

Disappointment

The mattress on the bed was terrible and uncomfortable the mattress on the sleeper was the same should be changed out. The quilt on the master bed looked old and ragged and there was no quilt on the couch sleeper. Also the dishes need upgraded and the kitchen utensils the TVs did not work
