Our first time in Panama City Beach did not disappoint! Clay was an excellent host and condo was clean with beautiful beach views. Clay and Glenda provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. If we come to Panama City Beach again, we'll stay here again!

The Condo was amazing. The view is perfect. The area is nice and quiet !!! I will definitely book again and remember to bring a comfy throw blanket.

We stayed here for a long weekend and the condo was so nice and comfy. The location was very central to shops, restaurants, etc. The views of the water were amazing. The host was communicative and there were a bunch of small touches in the condo to make us feel at home. There was complementary coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a perfect stay!

We have stayed at this property for four summers in a row now. The room is perfect for a very small family. We always enjoy sitting on the balcony to look at the ocean. There is also a very well stocked kitchen. Everything is also very clean. The host is always very quick to respond. We also enjoy that two beach chairs come with the room. And the three different pools that you can use. This location is also within walking distance to restaurants, an arcade, and very close to a Walmart for shopping needs. We would highly recommend this property.

This unit was beautiful and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The view is awesome. We had Waffle house, citgo, PineApple Willys right there in walking distance. I will most definitely keepin Clay and his wife on my favorites for my future stays. They are very nice and make sure you are taken care of. Very Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view of both the pool and the beach from the condo—it was the perfect way to start and end each day.The included beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella was a huge bonus and made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We didn’t have to worry about bringing or renting anything, which made the whole experience much more relaxing.Clay was very responsive and always trying to make sure everything was good for us.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great views and thoughtful amenities! We definitely did not want to leave.

Perfect for a quick getaway

The process couldn’t be easier and every aspect of the trip- from booking to larking to state of the condo to checking out- was a breeze. The location is hard to beat and the area is very family friendly. Clay is responsive and kind. My favorite host!!
We walk to this spot on the beach and have the most amazing views.

Cozy condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for my husband and me. It includes chair rentals which is great so you don’t have to pack them and Pineapple Willy’s is right next door so you can grab drinks for the beach! It’s a great location and a lovely view from the balcony.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was close to Walmart, gift shops, and right next door to Pineapple Willy’s!! Very clean and accessible!! The owners were very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this cute place to get away from reality!

Beautiful Unit, Amazing Host , Perfect Location

Clay and Glenda are amazing! Amazing communication, easy process from booking , check in & out We Will absolutely return ! Condo- absolutely beautiful up to date Comfortable Bed Spacious balcony with beautiful ocean views Location- Amazing location! Close to shopping & restaurants Five Stars!

BEACHFRONT PROPERTY WITH VIEWS OF THE BEACH, and GULF OF MEXICO, 9th floor is QUIET. Walk to World Famous PINEAPPLE WILLY's RIGHT NEXT DOOR, Close to Captain Anderson's and the Docks, Walmart, Shopping, and Waffle House. Enjoy romantic sunsets on your evening beach walk and wake up with coffee on the patio with relaxing views. Even the evening views are beautiful 1 Bedroom 1 bath will pull out sofa for a maximum of 4 guests. There are some great donuts up the street at Parlor donuts, a Hersheys ice cream store about a mile away (the cappuchino crunch is our favorite) and a new 810 ENTERTAINMENT bowling alley and game room across the street along with Juan Tacos. Nearby you can try the brand new BIG EASY cajun restaurant, or try the Baked Oysters at Hammerhead Freds!
