Private 2-bed, 1-bath apartment with two queen beds and two full/twin hide-a-beds. Closest to Fort Sill Visitor Gate, with an on-site coin-operated laundry room for your use. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and pets. No cable, but wifi hotspots are available throughout the complex.

Guest Access:

Full access to the apartment, laundry on site, 1/2 mile from Ft. Sill visitors center and wildlife reserve.



Guest have access to the entire apartment.

No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Important Information:



ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).



Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $50 pet cleaning fee per stay.



Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.



Food Delivery:

For food deliveries, Shipt dot com will deliver to the property.



Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.



Check-In/Check-Out:



Standard Check-In: 3 PM

Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.

Standard Check-Out: 11 AM

Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:

50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM

100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM

A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.



Locals from Lawton, OK are subject for approval.



Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.



Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
