I rented this beautiful home as a surprise 50th birthday trip with 3 other couples! It was absolutely perfect! It was so clean with plenty of room for all of us! The views were incredible and the beach was pleasantly quiet and relaxing without excessive crowds! Close enough for a short drive out to dinner as well!!

Perfect condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It had all of the amenities we needed plus extra beach goodies in the closet. Direct access to the beach via a private walkover and amazing views from the balconies! Our kids loved the built-in bunks upstairs. Would definitely book this one again!

Beautiful home with amazing views! Very clean with lots of space. We only have 2 kids in our group, so we were happy to find a home with so many queen and king beds. And with the bunks in the hall, it saved the bedrooms for the grown ups.The built-in bunk beds were so cool! They were big, with lights built in and steps up to the top bunk. The kids didn't want to leave them. They were by far the safest, sturdiest bunks we've ever had in a rental home. This was the most equipped house we've ever rented, from kitchen gadgets to beach toys, they had more than we expected! And most importantly, the easiest walk to the beach!

Beautiful/Peaceful beach

Very nice and clean rental. Owner had an abundance of beach chairs and Toys on hand. We used some but not all of them. They were and still are in great condition. We all really enjoyed making new memories.

Best beach stay ever

This is the perfect beach house. I want to stay here again. Itā€™s so easy to walk out to the beach. It is roomy, comfortable and beautiful. The ice machine is a huge plus. We visit Florida beaches at least twice a year. But this was our first time to Mavarre Beach. We loved it. We nearly hd the beach all to ourselves. The water was so blue and the sand so soft. The townhouse had plenty of towels and all the kitchen necessities. The bunk beds have lights and outlets. The balconies were amazing. Love this place!

It was such a beautiful home with tons of space. We didnā€™t know the bunks were both full size beds so the kids loved that. They had everything we needed and more for the beach. The kitchen has all the spices you could need and spray oil which was great. The grill worked well with charcoal that someone before had left. It was such an easy walk out to the beach the kids just went back and forth and we didnā€™t have to worry about them. This area of the beach wasnā€™t busy at all and that made it easy to find a spot at any time of day. The property management was accommodating when they didnā€™t pick up the trash and we had to just bag and leave it. We also used the soap and shampoos available which was so convenient. All the beds were incredibly comfortable and bed linens were very nice. Kayak had hole and was unusable but thatā€™s the only negative the whole trip.

Amazing beach home!

The house was amazing! I took a risk renting this house with little to no reviews, but Iā€™m so glad I did. Jenny is awesome! Anytime I had a question, she responded in less than an hour. It has everything that you would need. Iā€™m always worried about sleeping in a bed that isnā€™t mine but not at this house. The mattress is really comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy. The way the house is decorated and set up, itā€™s like a home away from home. Access to the beach is super easy. This house can accommodate a lot of people. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy for all of us. With everything going on, especially covid, I felt like we were able to forget about all the negative things and just enjoy the view and family time. I will definitely be back!

Perfect large family beach home that WOWS!!!

Wow! Just WOW! This beautiful townhome is exactly as the listing states! We were greeted by the wonderful smell of a just-cleaned home and freshly mopped floors as we walked into the door of the large kitchen/dining/living area. There was plenty of space for our large group of 10 in ages ranging from just under 2 years to 83 years young! Our two older grandsons loved the roomy bunk beds and my husband and I loved the master suite with our own balcony! The kitchen had an abundance of dinnerware, glassware, and every cooking utensil and appliance we needed. We were all surprised by the number of beach chairs, umbrellas, shade shelters, and beach toys waiting for our use. Beach access was super easy with a short walk over the boardwalk. Anything we needed (2 box fans for two of the bedrooms that did not have ceiling fans) was taken care of quickly. We LOVE coming to Navarre and have been coming here for almost 10 years. This beautiful townhome is by far the best place we have rented!!! You WON'T be disappointed, I promise!!

Clean and amazing!

The only disappointment with this beach house was having to leave and go home. Super clean, up to date, and very well stocked. Very well located and the owner was super easy to communicate with. She was fantastic! Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Location

The layout of this house was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 4 children, and one baby. The living area was very spacious and there were plenty of beds for everyone. The location is a dream! We walked out of the house, onto the boardwalk, and right to the beach! My husband and I have loved Navarre for many years. This was our first trip with our boys and their families. I wasnā€™t sure if they would enjoy the laid back feeling of Navarre , but the day we left, they were asking about making it a yearly event. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We have so many wonderful memories because of your generosity.

Wonderful stay - gorgeous beach front property

We had a wonderful time staying at this beachfront townhome. It is farther down the beach- which is great because the beach was less crowded then closer to the pier and high rise condos. The house was super clean- from the sheets to the towels to the floors. We were really pleased with it. We love the decor and it was super comfortable for 7 of us. We could have even fit more people. The amenities like the ice maker and all the beach toys were a major plus for us and made the trip so much more enjoyable. The walkover deck to the beach was great and no one else was even in the building so we had everything to ourselves. The decor in the house is great and everything was so comfortable. We really loved a lot of the original abstract artwork by what we have now realize is one of the owners. The communication has been excellent and accessing the house was no issue. We will definitely stay here again. We had such a lovely time!

Bright and clean directly on the beach!

So many amenities available for our use! We all had comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked, used the grill every night and the views from the decks were so pretty. Jenny was available when we contacted her. Overall great vacay!

Great Navarre Beach getaway

Jen was wonderful to work with and we loved the property and location. Her colorful artwork brightened our days. We enjoyed walking on the beach daily which is right out your back door and covered many miles. We walked to dinner on several occasions. Navarre Beach is more low key which is more our style but Pensacola and Destin are both must see stops for activities and restaurants and an easy drive. We also loved going to Fort Pickens on 2 occasions to watch the Blue Angels practice. I would recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back.

Great stay in Navarre!

Our trip to Navarre went better than expected considering Hurricane Sally had just come through the area. The property and area luckily had not been hit too bad. The townhome was as described and in a wonderful location. The home itself was clean and very comfortable for my family. Beach access is awesome, just a few feet to beach and ocean. Jenny; the owner, called and made sure our stay was going as planned. Overall, we could not be happier.

Great location and amenities

This is very beautiful house and the beach is a few steps away. Even though the weather was not very nice with us, we enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with lots of rooms and showers. The water hose in the first floor is a great help to wash off sands and dirt taken from the beach. I loved this place. I also appreciate the owner's cooperation with us. We loved it. Thanks Jenny!

Wonderful experience!

My friends and I really enjoyed this property and will probably come back as our annual beach trip. Plenty of spacious rooms for everybody, even the bunk beds were doubles. 3 bathrooms were enough for our large group. The location is pretty isolated from other beaches but the beach is still amazing and wonderful beachfront view from the house. They even provide kayak/paddle boards, 2 large tents, and plenty of beach chairs for us so this place literally has everything we needed. Also, my friends got engaged at this place during this trip so it has been a wonderful experience and a memorable one too!

Henry 2020 Navarre

Excellent property, just as advertised. Owner went above and beyond to provide us with local information and recommendations. The property was immaculate with lots of little extras from beach equipment to cooking utensils. Cannot say enough about location, private beach with amazing views. We will definitely be booking again.

This property is BEACH FRONT with a private walkover for our building! (only 3 units total). The rooms are very large so your group has room to spread out! The townhouse is 2450 sq feet!
