Best equipped kitchen of all our VRBO staysSuper comfortable beds.Easy walk to the beach. A wagon and plenty of beach chairs were provided.Only about 12 minutes to the Y if you exercise and a Publix (very expensive) near it

Great stay!!!

We had the best stay. Owners are helpful and welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great location and we was able to walk to many restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend.

Very nice house that had plenty of kitchen pots/pans and utensils. Beds were very comfortable -- my wife liked the pillows so much she ordered some online for our house! Pool was great and was just the right size for all of us. Beach was an easy walk, and the "Crabs" restaurant down the street was amazing!!

Family Fun!

We had a great stay, the house is in a perfect location! The house has plenty of space. My only feedback is that if you need to use the couches for sleeping space, know that they are very bright areas, as some windows are not covered.

Perfect location only a couple minute walk to the beach. There is a sidewalk next to the home with direct access to the sand. Layout of the house was perfect for our family group giving everyone their own space as needed. Check-in process and house itself were exactly as advertised. Shops and restaurants are a 15 minute walk or very short drive.

Best vacation rental

This is by far the best vacation rental I’ve booked. The owners were great and very responsive. The location was perfect- easy walk down the beach path, or to the bay side. Also close to shops and restaurants. The house was perfect - clean, well appointed, and well stocked with everything you’d need. Can’t wait to come back!

Staycation

This house was perfect for our group of friends enjoying a staycation. Quick walk to the beach and access to everything close by like restaurants and shops. The layout of the house was awesome, spacious, and very well-kept. We will definitely be back!

This property was true to description online.. many nice amenities. Including pool, beautiful desks, grill, nice parking, beach items and more. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again

The house was in perfect for my family vacation and easily fit our family of 8 adults, 4 grandsons and infant granddaughter. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Communication with the Host was outstanding both prior to and after our arrival. I highly recommend the house to all. The house is conveniently located to the beach and boardwalk. Very nice property

Spacious and comfortable, very well appointed. Loved that had two refrigerators for all the extra ice and water needed for trips to the beach. More than enough dishes, silverware and utensils, I wasn’t expecting that and it was very much appreciated. Definitely planning to book it again when visiting Pensacola .

This property couldn't have suited our group of 7 better. We had my husband and myself, our 21 year old daughter and her live-in boyfriend, our 26 year old daughter and her boyfriend who wanted separate bedrooms, and our 25 year old schizophrenic son who needs his own en-suite. This house had three en-suite bedrooms and two separate rooms with a shared bathroom. 100% recommend this house and couldn't have found nicer owners. If we ever need this sized space again we will be back!

Such a memorable week!

Thank you Rosy and Tim for everything this past week. We loved the house, the pool, and especially the location. Such a quick walk to one of our very favorite beaches in the world. Thank you for your quick response to every question we had! We also loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Thanks again for everything!

Close to the beach and restaurants

House was very comfortable and close to beach and restaurants. All appliances worked well. The only reason we could not rate it higher was due to the floors being very dirty. They needed a good mopping. Unfortunately this detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay

August 2023 Vacay!

This house was everything & more that we could ask for on our family vacation. Beautiful house, very roomy for the 10 of us adults, not a bad walk to the beach (which was beautiful & the water was cool) & great spot near all the shopping, boardwalk & dinner spots on the island. So thankful to host for answering/responding to our calls/messages. We will keep you in mind for any future stays. Thank you for everything. The Cato Crew

More than expected

We met Rosy and Dave as soon as we arrived at 3 PM check-in. They were very friendly and were available at any time if we need anything. The place is beautiful! It was clean, plenty of space for the ten family members that stayed in the house. The beach is within walking distance along with all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. We all had the best time. We cooked out on the grill and swam with plenty of seating. There are two refrigerators which was perfect for a large group. We absolutely loved it!

Spring Break

It was a perfect set up for a group of teenagers with a few moms to enjoy spring break. The third floor was absolutely perfect for the girls and the second floor was perfect for the moms….They had their space and we had ours!! We loved that they had two refrigerators too because one was used for water and drinks and the other was used for food, so no ice chest was necessary except for when going to the beach, which was only a five minute walk. We did run into a few issues with the smoke detectors and the pool heater, but management was quick to respond and handle. Overall we had a great time, we were walking distance to shops, close to the beach yet far enough away from the heavy spring breakers to have a peaceful stay!!!

Awesome stay

Very clean and nice beach house. We met Tim when we got to Penscola and he made sure everything was as it should be for our friends vacation stay at their beautiful beach house and he also gave us a list of some outstanding places to eat. Within walking distance to a lot of places which we enjoyed as well as a short walk to the beautiful beach. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great beach vacation house

Great location and awesome house close to everything. Tim and Rosy always answered out questions with ease. I highly recommend this place! Don’t forget to get your $5 Diesel Fuels from Flounders on Thursdays!

Great getaway

Property was clean and very convenient to the beach and lots of eating places. We recommend this place to stay. Only thing missing is a lift or something if your not able to do stairs.

Family beach trip

We were a family of 13 and loved this property. The beach was walking distance from the house and there was plenty of space inside and out to accommodate our family. Management was awesome as they took time out to welcome us and checked in to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend staying here for large groups. Overall it was a great vacation and we look forward to all our future stays with Rosy and Tim!
