Thank you for choosing my home to stay in! Below are some additional rules I`ve listed out to cover my assets in my home and prevent guests who have bad intentions with their booking. Please review and know when booking with me, you are agreeing to treat my home as your own!

1. Outside quiet hours from 10pm-8am
2. Pets by approval only - House trained or kennel only, not allowed on furniture, dogs only, cats in kennel, use dog bed if possible, clean up after pet.
o Pet stains/remains found inside house or on carpets/furniture - $100 cleaning fee
o Pet poop left in yard - $25/incident

3. NO unauthorized events/parties (guests not part of the reservation). Unauthorized events will result in a disband of your party without refund, by the police if necessary.
4. Preapproved Events, $300 fee. Maximum people is 20. No overnight guests not in booking.

6. NO Smoking Indoors or near open entry - $300
7. Cigarette butt cleanup on yard/driveway - $50
8. NO Glitter, Confetti, tape; Party material cleanup - $100
9. Trash on premises not placed in proper can near driveway side entry - $50
10. Food, trash, or items left in house or fridge (including party paraphernalia) - $50 (unless agreed by owner for unopened items)
11. Broken glass cleanup - $50 per incident
12. Paint or Drywall Damage - $100 (paint marks over 4”, dents, gouges, stains, food/drink spills)
13. Bodily Fluid Clean Up - $100
14. Smells that do not diffuse within 3hr cleaning window - $100
15. Staining/Ripping of Comforter - $100 (stains that do not come out in wash cycle)
16. Staining/Ripping of Bed Sheets - $75
17. Staining/Missing Pillow - $50
18. Stained/Missing Bath Towels - $25 (do not bleach darks)

21. Rearranged furniture - $50

28. Missing gaming supplies and amenities (darts, table games, board games, etc) - $25 each

30. Late Check Out - $100 for Every Hour Past 11am Check Out
31. Any other damage, including furniture or game tables outdoors, is assessed at replacement value + handyman fee
32. Do not park/drive on grass or neighbor’s driveway. Careful navigating around porch/deck.
33. No access to basement, attic, or upstairs storage closet.
34. No candles or fire inside.
