Please note there is a completely separate upstairs apartment in which I also host Short-Term-Rental guests. My home features a huge master bedroom with large bathroom. Awesome dual shower-head One fixed and One handheld in the walk-in shower, Private toilet room with bidet, and Washer & Dryer for your convenience. The Living room has 70" HD TV with the works of On-Demand channels- Netflix-Hulu-Amazon. The kitchen has a gas stove, Keurig coffee station and fruit bar. We also have a beautifully decorated dining room that opens up onto back porch with hot tub spa and a gas grill. If needed the dining room can be the 4th Bedroom as there is a fold-out twin bed there for night-time. The large middle bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 fulls and is wonderfully decorated for guests. The second bathroom has fairly private access from both guest bedrooms and also has a bidet plus a full tub with shower. There is a queen air mattress available for additional guests. Plenty of free parking in my driveway and a carport. Just a short drive to the zoo, airport, Opryland, the Titan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, and the world renowned Nashville nightlife!

Overall we were very happy with the house. To be honest the kitchen was nice, but lacked table settings, pots and pan selection poor, no glasses for drinking ice water or sodas ( in fact we purchased six tumblers and left them for you), and tv remotes were confusing and one tv was plugged in, but no picture. Grill was unusuable, but didnt affect our stay. Other than that we had a ball. Thanks!

Nashville trip

Location was great and centralized between downtown and the zoo with lots of options for food. Would recommend property for others with kids and a great house for a good daily price.

Softball

We were in Nashville for a softball tournament from Colorado. My coaching staff and I with our significant others stayed here. They were amazing to work with. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay with them again!

Great Location

The booking agent was SUPER timely and quick with responses. They allowed us to pay and check in early. We were only five minutes from our daughter's house so we did all our cooking and eating at her house so we didn't use the kitchen but it looked well appointed. It isn't brand new but for the price it was perfect.

The house was great and in a great location. Although we had to get many supplies from the store (which was very nearby) we had everything we needed as far as room and beds. The house was great. The staff was friendly. It was also in an awesome location. I would stay again!

Great house for large family

We were in town for a wedding and chose this house for multiple family members from different locations as our lodging. There was plenty of space and the property was as described. Overall, we were very pleased 😊

Great rental. Big living room to hang out in. Liked the three beds in one room. Big back yard for dogs to run. Also rented upstairs for more beds and baths. This is a good property for a multiple family gathering.

we could not stay in the property due to the condition of the rental. The first thing, it smelled like pot throughout the property. Very dirty, beds appeared to never have been changed from prior guests. sheets were dirty with stains and food crumbs. towels were stained, dirty bathrooms, dusty, dead bugs in the windows, cobwebs troughout the house. dirty refrigerator and rugs. the hot tube had dirty water and not working, the area around the tub was all dirty, property looked abandoned when driving up to it. There were 9 women and after review of the property no one felt comfortable staying at the property in that condition. We made the decision to go somewhere else but the assistance on getting it cancel from owner was excellent. He came to the property to witness what the issues were and agree to give the money back. The pictures posted on the site does not equal what we found. Unless people sleep together, sleeping 12 people is not accurate and the property overall does not look the same. Lots of holes in the ceiling and wires hanging, wall peeling off. Terrible accommodations for the money charged. Jean was very nice.

Property overall was nice, but the cabinets and some of the dishes and silverware were dirty and had to be washed before use. Also had expired things in fridge and cabinets. The property itself worked for our family as it had lots of beds and enough room for what we needed.

Good thing you don't judge a book by the cover.

Does not give a good first impression. The grass needed mowing, flower beds were uncared for, door matts looked shabby, and the paint on the front doors was warn off. How do "you" not notice these things? I was almost afraid to open the front door. The interior was better.

Floors squeezed terribly, some cabinet doors without knobs, outside maintenance needed work, supposed to be a one family only last night there we discovered an upstairs apartment and young adults were up there talking and walking around when we were trying to sleep. We weren’t impressed at all.

Updates needed

It is a nice spacious property with room for several guests, decent kitchen but lacks some items. Upon arrival the hot tub was turned to 86 deg and we had to wait several hours to figure out how to turn it up and use it. The master bedroom/bath area has a shower nozzle that turns way too hard, and needs replacing. The master bedroom king bed has a mattress that you sink into because it is so worn out. The ice maker was turned off so we didn't have ice when we got there either, and it is very slow to make ice. If there is a guest above you, it becomes very loud in the master bedroom as we found out, all the boards have squeaking in the kitchen area. The communication between the property manager was very good, and mostly prompt. If you have dogs, it has a huge fenced in backyard, and for a family looking to save money it would be ok with all the beds and the room. Only thing stopping it from getting higher ratings is the property maintenance as discussed, and the unpreparedness.

Overall very dissatisfied. The entire property was dirty and rundown. We were greeted by an overgrown and disheveled front yard that looked nothing like the photos. Inside everything was dirty and grimy. It looked old and rundown. We had to wipe down with bleach wipes everything we touched. There was a terrible smell in the back room closest to the back garden. A few other deficiencies, certainly not exhaustive; Woke up every morning by people talking and smoking in the attached garage. Often could smell Marijauna at the front from the “cleaning” crew smoking? Bathroom counter broken & glued badly Showers with mold and broken tiles Yard with falling down fence, trash, wood planks with nails. Shopping cart. Definitely not pet friendly. Beds lumpy old and sinking mattress’s. Recliner arms was sticky! People working on a car outside at the garage attached until after 2am Saturday night. Often 3 (as many as 5) or more cars of people outside hanging around, smoking. No idea what they were all doing. Noisy outside late almost every night long after midnight. Slamming doors going to the apartment upstairs late night often long after midnight. They removed a sofa and there was an old ac filter and a bunch of trash under it. We cleaned it up! Although the cleaning person claimed she did to the owner in front of us! Pillows smell bad. Bedding thin and does not seem clean. Towels very thin and old. Multiple lightbulbs out or missing. Very disappointed and we will NEVER stay here again!

After a long 10 hour drive, the moment we walked in, we encountered an overwhelming odor of musty, long term stored clothes in the dressers and clothing closet in the master bedroom. We immediately felt like we had to launder our bedding, which we did and were up til 12:30 am finishing before we could go to sleep on the bed, which actually ended up being a sleepless night. The mattress in the guest bedroom had blood stains on it (there was no mattress pad on that bed) and the mattress pad on the master bed had sweat stains on it. There was no closet space in the master closet or drawers for my friend to store her personal items. There was no closet in the guest bedrooms and they seemed to be nailed shut or locked. The only closet in the guest bedroom was full of board games. There was a freestanding metal CLOTHES RACK in the guest bedroom, which was the only closet available. We found unsanitary and unsafe conditions throughout the house. We found outdated prescription medications in a drawer and in the master bath cabinet. The kitchen had food particles all over the utensils, inside the oven there was baked on food, the dish drain and pad were dirty with food particles on them. We were only left a USED sponge to wash dishes with (which we did not use at all) We felt like we had to run all the silverware through the dishwasher, which we did, before we could use them. There were many partially (open) used food items in the refrigerator and in the cabinet. The counter top ice maker scoop and tray were so slimy, so we had to wash those before use. We never cooked one meal the whole time we were there. I smelled gas coming from the washer and dryer area and I did report that to the owners. There were no instructions on how to use the A/C and heating unit. The owner had to come over and adjust settings for us while we were out. Also, it would have been nice to know that there were upstairs neighbors living in the same building as we heard many footsteps at night when we were getting ready for bed, On a positive note, we were centrally located to downtown, the jacuzzi was nice, we had covered parking and we had access to Netflix. We will never stay at this house in the future and will never recommend it to anyone. Super disappointed. Don't understand how this owner is a Premier Host. With the Covid 19 pandemic going on, this owner and his cleaning crew need to do a more thorough deep cleaning and correct the unsafe conditions.

Cyndi thank you for the feedback. Your sensitivity to things is certainly much keener than all the other guests since your review is surrounded by those from folks that were perfectly happy and comfortable with all aspects of their stay. Still we do acknowledge that you found some areas we can improve upon and Im happy to report that we have done a thorough deep cleaning and addressed those issues you found that we did see were present. Any potential guest reading this please know that Other than letting us know about the gas smell and that she did not understand our Thermostat's operation we never heard a peep out of Cindi that she was at all dissatisfied. We really wish she had requested some help as we would have bent over backwards to remedy any of these complaints that she had. I want everyone to know that when you book our home we WELCOME Any request for help for anything during your trip and will happily pop right over and address any issue that is not to your liking and we are here for you 24hours a day while you are in our home. And not only for cleaning but area suggestions or any other thing that might come up that you need help or guidance with.

Spacious and comfortable

Rented this property for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Perfect for our purposes. Huge master suite with BIG tiled shower. Plenty of furnishings. Total of 6 beds means perfect for big families. Giant TV in living room w/cable. Spacious kitchen with pellet ice machine, Kurig, big oven. Might want to bring your own kitchen knives as none there are sharp. Out back there is a hot tub which helps reset the mind and soak away the stresses of the day! Washer and dryer just off master is very convenient. Parking is off-the-street and could easily accommodate 3 vehicles. Driveway on other side of house can hold more. Reccomend very much!

As advertised

This is a super spacious unit. The bathrooms each have a special feature. The kitchen looks great and the layout is perfect. However, for a unit that accommodates so many people it is poorly stocked. Only one spoon and 4 glasses about 30 plastic lids and no bowls. It needs some TLC. It is surface clean but not really clean. One of our beds was clearly not changed in between guests as it had the previous guests socks between the sheets and in balls as though kicked off in the night. The main shower area has mold. The water and ice maker in the fridge stopped working. The host gave us the info that was needed and we had a sufficient stay. It just isn't 'polished' for guests.

Girls weekend

This house really is perfect for a large group of adults who are there to do the classic Nashville thing. The home slept so many comfortably. The hot tub was so amazing. The house was almost perfect. The only complaints I had was one bathroom is having a mild mold problem. This wasn’t a huge deal for us since we all wanted to get ready together anyways so we just all used the master. And the TV settings are very off right now thats probably the last thing anyone is there for but we did stay in and watched a movie one night and Sandra bullock was looking a little jaundiced and the remote to the tv itself couldn’t be found just the ones to the cable box. And the beds were pretty uncomfortable definitely need to invest in some better pillows and maybe a mattress topper. But the hosts were 10/10 so communicative. Especially when others from our party arrived first before me the person who booked it. I would definitely stay again. Just had a few suggestions is all.
