Awesome Vacation

Awesome get away vacation. We enjoy renting from Warren Beach Rental at Panama City Beach, Florida. We rented a one bedroom/2 baths Had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We have rented from Warren Beach rental in the past and have always been extremely happy with their rentals. Their customer service is outstanding from the beginning of your booking to checking out. They will keep you update with all details big or small every step of your reservation. Wife and I highly recommend booking your next vacation or get away with Warren Beach Rentals. We loved our condo...not one complaint!! The location of Calypso is great too. This was my first trip to PCB and fell in love with this beach town! We will be back and we will rent from this company again!!

Calypso 1607 East Was Excellent As Advertised

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Awesome view of the beach and pier. Practically across the street from Pier Park so it’s an easy walk. A great location if you want to park your car and walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We only took the car out of the parking garage once as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! Warren Beach Rentals are the best to rent from in PCB!!

Warren Beach Rentals is the best place to find a clean, comfortable rental in PCB! They are very informative before and during your trip. They responded to questions quickly. The condo had everything we needed and more to enjoy a perfect week at the beach! We have rented from them for over 10 years and never had any issues! Family owned and operated!! Would never think about renting from anyone else!

Weekend get away

Cleaning could use some improvements. Hallway , elevators and blinds dirty, also found hair ball on floor.

Great clean condo! Excellent communication!

Ever since I booked the condo we had great communication. The place was clean and was easy to keep Clean! (Wish I knew vacuum was in closet) the only flaw we had but had nothing to do with Warren Beach Rentals were only one elevator worked for the most time and the elevators were not cleaned! Again not Warrens fault! Having the 2 chairs was an extra bonus! Loved it! Thanks again for a great place to stay, Jeniffer and Keith Brennan

Disappointing - Poor management & flooding

Our family comes to calypso yearly and this was the most disappointing condo of them all. We arrived and the A/C was broken so the room was very warm. The condo did not come stocked with basics so we had to go buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc and they did not even provide a broom (the sand alone should require it) then a few days in, the condo flooded from their toilet. This problem started around 10pm and until about 3am we were waiting for help, maintenance, shop vacs, etc and with having a toddler and baby crying from fear of the loud noises, sounds, and flooding was distressing. We had to relocated in the middle of the night with babys and wet and damaged items. I called management and they would not cover any of our damages from their fault. I only asked for them to cover my baby’s canopy tent, and our nicer shoes like our converse and sneakers. We had wet items we spend the next day trying to launder and hang dry and I was very disappointed by the rudeness of the staff and not helping. We were thankful to move rooms but the inconvenience of packing and unpacking and dealing with this was not fun. Over all, I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

Wasn’t as nice as photos

AC could only hold 80. Beds were bad. Door in bedroom is coming off hinges. Over all I expected more. When a holiday inn can beat you on AC and beds you need to step it up. Is there another unit I could book next time that is better?

Awesome condo!

It was our first time staying at Calypso. Awesome Condo! Great location, beautiful view and super clean! We really enjoyed the Ms. PacMan arcade game. The entire process from booking to checkout was a breeze. Great communication and response time. One of the best experiences I’ve had. There is no doubt that we will be looking to stay at this condo again!

Relaxing

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. There was one small issue that isn't even worth mentioning. The only reason am mentioning it is because it was handled so quickly with a short message. Within 3 mins the issue was completely fixed. I really appreciated that. The beds where very comfortable and I ALWAYS have issues with mattresses when traveling. The pullout sofa mattress was also very comfortable. We enjoyed the high chairs on balcony. It made the oven very visible.

A great stay at Calypso Condo 1103

This is our 4th time staying at the Calypso and the second time renting from WBR. 1103 East is the best one so far. Sometimes the pictures look great but the furniture is not comfortable. This condo was well appointed and all the furniture was very comfortable. The balcony furniture allows you a great view. It also has 2 beach chairs w/ umbrella that come with the rental. We had questions about the AC and the WBR tech came right out to change the filter so the AC ran better. We did not have to be there to wait for the service. We will definitely rent this condo again. It is within walking distance to the Pier Park East restaurants and the Fishing Pier. Great shops all around and only a 5 minute drive to the Winn Dixie or Walmart and Pier Park West shoppes.

Such a wonderful experience!

We had such a great time in 1103! The room was clean, smelled wonderful and was so nice. Our boys loved the bunk beds and “grass” on the balcony. The Master bed was super comfy, as are all the beds-including the roll out couch! Kitchen was well stocked and had plastic kids utensils/plates/cups as well. There was an issue with our tv, I sent an email and the response was super quick. (And super easy-we we’re using the wrong remote 🤦🏼‍♀️) The beach chairs were also great to have! We got up early to reserve ours and got on the front row. The beach staff were also super friendly and helpful. We love staying at calypso, and with Warren beach rentals, it’s always a great experience. My parents have used Warren beach rentals a lot in the past, as have we-We highly recommend them!
