Luxury Beach House w/Private Pool, Quiet End of PCB & only 100 yards to beach

Our family owned, professionally decorated 3-story beach house is just steps from the whitest sand beaches on the Gulf. Indulge in elegant Tuscan beach décor and unwind with beautiful beach & sunset views from the second and third levels.

The house makes for a fantastic gathering for two or more families or large groups to share. If you're looking for a luxury beach house right on the Gulf with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation, this house is for you!

Luxury Accommodations:
Walk through the front door and you’ll be greeted with 2300 sq ft of upscale coastal living. First floor includes 12’ ceilings, tile floors, 42” TV, fireplace and a stately kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops.

Second level accommodations include an entertainment area with wet bar, powder room and walk out balcony, an open loft with a 32” TV (w/DVD), 2 twin built-in beds, and a pull out couch. This level also includes a spacious bedroom with queen bed and private bath.

Third level has two bedrooms each with their own private bath. The first is the master bedroom with a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, TV, fireplace and balcony. The second is a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and TV.

Additional amenities include: private pool, gas grill, washer/dryer, wireless internet, free long distance, and plenty of private parking (4-5 cars).

Prime Location:
Less then 100yrds from the beach our home is on the much desired beach side of Thomas Drive. You won’t have to cross a busy street on your way to the sugar sand and emerald green water. It’s centrally located 3 miles west of St. Andrews State Park or Captain Anderson's and 7 miles east from Pier Park premier outdoor shopping and dining.

If you’re looking for more entertainment, there is plenty around. Six golf courses in the area, marina & fishing pier, Panama City Beach Winery and several famous restaurants like Hammerhead Fred’s or Coconuts within walking distance. What more could you ask for?

Some house rules to keep in mind before booking:

1) Sorry. No pets allowed.

2) The primary registrant (credit card holder and person signing the lease agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay.

3) Upon confirmation of your reservation a rental lease will be sent to you and is due within 1 week of booking.

Beautiful home - short distance to the beach. Plenty of room for larger families. Very well stocked for all your cooking needs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Just be aware that the pool is very small and not heated.

We had a great stay and it would have been all 5 star. The only problem we had was the jacuzi tubs jet or filter were dirty. Wasnt able to use it. Other than that everything was perfect!

Wonderful for Families!

Fit our family perfectly! My husband, four children, both sets of our parents, and I had plenty of space, and each family had the luxury of having our own bathrooms. We loved the location, it was so easy to get to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. We will absolutely be back!

My family of 9 stayed at the house for a week. It was an easy walk to the beach. Pool is on the small side. I did like how the bedrooms were spread out and everyone had there own space and bathrooms.There are a few things that are in need of fixing and updating to the house. But all in all we had a great time there.

A great stay!

This beach house was a hit for our 2025 vacation in PCB. The house was very clean and well decorated. The younger ones in the group loved the pool. The beach is just one quiet street away, less than a two minute walk. We worried about not having a beach service to rent chairs from, but that is not the case, call Anthony's Beach Service and he will fix you right up. Owners are very nice people. Thanks!

Nice House for a Weekend Getaway

I've been renting beach houses with friends for a few years now and I seem to have a knack for finding good ones! We had plenty of bed space for the 7 adults in my group. Kitchen was pretty decent. Pool is small, but that wasn't an issue in the slightest, after all we were there mainly for the beach, but we did use it plenty. Communication with the owners was pretty smoothLocation was great, just a short walk to the beach, no crossing any busy roads. Loads of good food just a short drive away, or a nice long walk down the beach if you are up for it!Would definitely stay here again if the house is free next time we plan a trip down.

Amazing location! So close to everything! Easy short walk to the beach. Beach is not overcrowded which makes it perfect to relax. Hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay.

Really nice place with all you need at the location. The only downfall were the sizes of the tv’s in the bedrooms and the beds were a little worn out (rolled right to the middle)! We didn’t use the pool anyway since the water was cool but it was pretty dirty when we arrived and after the pool guy left the next day, it didn’t look any better. None of these things would keep me from staying again and I am still extremely satisfied.

My family vacation

Myself, my grown adult children and my grandchildren wanted to take a vacation together to the beach. We chose this property, it was large enough for all of us and had a private pool. The house was really nice, the beds were very soft and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean and stocked with items that were very useful throughout the week. One of the only downsides were I thought we would have a view of the beach but there is a row of houses that look fairly new blocking the view but it is a very short walk to the beach which was great. Love the location and proximity to family entertainment and restaurant's. We had a great time together and appreciated having enough room for all of us, absolutely loved our vacation! I wish the outside temp and water temp was warmer so probably wouldn’t go first week of April again to Panama City but otherwise, would highly recommend this property and the rentals from these owners Paul and Josh!!! Great first experience😆

RELAXATION

We had an absolute blast!!! The house was great. It was equipped with everything we needed on our vaca!! The pool was great when we didn’t want to be at the beach. Location was extremely convenient to all we wanted to do, and to the beach access. The host were wonderful. They are very responsive to all communication. It was so relaxing to just get away from the stresses of life. We will definitely be making this our vacation spot from now on!!!

Family Fun

House had plenty of room for 4 adults & 3 six year olds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to start our day-- Coffee for the adults & pancakes for the littles. Girls had a blast diving & swimming in pool but due to size of pool we had to pay extra attention to keep them out of each other's way. We loaded our wagon twice daily for trips to the beach with no issues coming or going. It was a short walk & everyone we encountered was very nice & respectful. The outside shower was a welcome treat before entering pool and the outside hose made rinsing all our stuff so easy before packing for home. Our location to the beach, nice restaurants, shops, the piers as well as St. Andrews park made our stay loaded with activities, treats, & fun. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We love our beach home and have owned it for over 10yrs. We have spent many family vacation in Panama City Beach and come at least once a year. The home is owned by three families including two sisters, their husbands and kids as well as their parents.

Our vacation home is on the quieter side of pier park which means much less traffic on the roads and many restaurants within walking distance. There aren't any condos nearby so you can enjoy a quiet day or night at the beach which is only a short walk without having to cross Thomas Drive. Come stay with us.
