Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the accommodations at Happy Owl Lakehouse and found your stay overall easy and pleasant. We’re sorry the deck was not cleaned to your expectations and that the hot tub was not accessible or clearly instructed during your stay, especially on such a nice evening. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be reviewing both the setup and the instructions to make sure future guests have a smoother experience. We also appreciate your honest comments about the surrounding area. While location perceptions can vary, your feedback is helpful and will be taken into consideration. Thank you again for staying with us, we appreciate your input and hope we can provide an improved experience in the future.

Hi there, Kris! We're so glad to have you back for a second stay at the Happy Owl. We look forward to hosting you a third time in the future!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so happy to hear your family enjoyed the home and that it provided both spacious gathering areas and comfortable privacy for three generations—that’s exactly the kind of experience we hope to create. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the lake photo and access. You’re absolutely right that lake levels can vary, and we understand how that can impact expectations. We’re glad you noted the property still has access, but we also recognize your point about the difficulty of the terrain for some guests, especially those with limited mobility. Your comments are very helpful and will be shared with our team as we continue to review listing details and guest guidance. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome your family back in the future!
