- Living room open to kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. 
- Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue
- In the children's playground, slide, swings . 
- Closed parking.

Possible option:
- Sheet kit rental: € 8 per kit (1 fitted sheet, one duvet cover and one pillowcase per bed)
- Baby cot and free bath loan
- Cleaning fee: € 50
To book before your arrival

A check of 1000 € will be requested on the day of your arrival as a security deposit intended to cover damage and / or deterioration of the accommodation and furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as loss of keys or of objects. As well as a € 50 check for cleaning if the lessee leaves the premises dirty.

The security deposit as well as the "cleaning" check will be returned to the Lessee after his departure.

An inventory and an inventory will be established by the Parties at the end of the rental, each keeping a signed copy.
