When the cool weather is here and the lake level is down, the property transforms into an ATV GETAWAY. With a free use pressure washer (by request) and plenty of space for trailers, ATV's and vehicles as well as an area for you to wash your ATV off prior to traveling home. LaFollette is a very ATV friendly town and this property offers 8 minute travel time to (Tank Springs Trail-head) for North Cumberland, Royal Blue Sundquist ATV riding trail system and Cumberland Hiking Trail.

☮No matter which season you visit, the fullness of the panoramic scenery and the quality of the air are something to behold. The safety of a home located on a point within a cove in a secluded area gives you that added sense of comfort given that there is very low boat and vehicle traffic.
