Kan't Wait to Chill sits at the opening of a cove on Norris Lake with plenty of year round water. This house is not just a rental- it is our home away from home. We love to share it with families who are looking to enjoy the smoother waters of our end of the lake. Our home has all the atmosphere you would expect in a lake house- with a lakeview of not only the cove, but also the Big Creek channel. Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah marinas are only a short boat ride away.

Kan't Wait to Chill features a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king bed and attached bathroom. The adjoining loft has plenty of open space. The main floor has 2 separate queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The family room includes a flat screen tv and windows all the way up to the wood ceiling beams. The kitchen was renovated in 2020 and has has a large quartz island for food preparation. Need a break from the water? We have plenty of board games and movies to entertain you!

The lower level has a bedroom overlooking the lake from a queen bed. Another bedroom is the bunk room which is perfect for children-with 2 sets of bunk beds (double beds down and singles on top). This level also includes a television viewing area (with a dvd/blue-ray player, sony ps2 and nintendo gamecube), an air hockey table, and a bathroom with shower.

One of the best parts of our home is the dock. Renters will enjoy using one 28' covered slip to dock their boat. The 2nd story will be the perfect location for relaxing in the sun on one of the 4 recliners. Take the 3 double kayaks or the paddle boat out for a ride, or swim in the clear waters of Norris Lake! You'll be surrounded by deep water-- but won't have to worry about main channel boat traffic. Once you're finished swimming, climb out of the water using the 5 stair gently sloped ladder!
