Welcome to Sunlit Utopia, an oasis of fresh air and sun.! The first thing you will notice during the day is that this apt is awash with natural light - beautiful sunlight beaming off the hardwood floors. The entire apartment has recessed lights. Therefore, when the sun is down you will still feel the energy of light in the apartment.
With 2 skylights in the living room, you will experience a plethora of natural light. There is plenty of space to relax, read, cook, sleep or just watch TV. A smart TV with cable and WIFI speeds of 400Mbs is installed in the living room. In addition, the living room has a sofa, 2 sturdy arm chairs and a glass dining table that can also be used as a work table. The ceiling in the living room is slightly pitched - giving the living room the feel, and character of a loft. This is not your ordinary apartment!
The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances- Fridge, Stove/oven dishwasher and microwave - A marble kitchen countertop and yes a washer and dryer is in the building.
The two rear bedrooms are nicely separated from the living room. One bedroom has a Full size platform bed; the other bedroom has a twin size platform bed. The third bedroom is adjacent to the living room and houses a queen size bed. The beds are dressed with 100% cotton sheets, pillow cases and duvets. If you get cold you can easily grab another cotton comforter from the platform bed storage drawer.
The bathroom also contains a skylight. It exudes a spa like feeling with plenty of natural light. It has classic black and white marble tiles and a shower head that gives you the experience of a rain-shower. The perfect finish to your shower will be with white organic cotton towels.
Have children? no problem the windows can be setup with child security bars (except for window leading to fire escape.) Just give us advance notice if children are coming.
The location is fantastic - close to everything. The train station is approximately one block away from the apartment. The train offers a short 10 minute ride to Manhattan - as a bonus -Tennis lovers the train also offers easy access to the home of the US open. In addition, the apt is located walking distance to the coveted Williamsburg, which has great shops and tons of restaurants - you can also take the train one stop into the heart of Williamsburg. Sunlit Utopia is also close to the Brooklyn Bridge (note: many visitors choose to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge to get to Manhattan) , Williamsburg bridge, Williamsburg waterfront, Fort Greene, BAM, Barclay Center, Prospect park, airports, etc. Finally, you can walk-through Brooklyn to view the beautiful brownstones and tree lined blocks.

***The apartment is thoroughly cleaned/disinfected. prior to your arrival. Specifically, it is mopped and wiped out with Lysol cleaners. Then the entire apartment (including beds, counter tops, furniture etc.) is STEAMED with high heat using our home steam cleaner! Not to mention, all quilts, comforters and bed linen are freshly washed prior to your arrival..... a breath of fresh air once you enter apartment.***
Warm and spacious, recently renovated (February 2020) with brand new appliances, furniture, and beds/mattresses, featuring multiple Charging stations, complimentary super fast Gigabit internet, & work area.

You will have access to the entire apartment. Full disclosure - the apt is on the top floor of the brownstone and has a 2 flight walk-up.
