There are two rooms: one bedroom with a queen size bed and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area. Cozy and lovely with comfortable furniture. Single wall construction (meaning, not insulated ) with good forced air heating and a free standing fireplace in the bedroom.

Near the Bolinas Lagoon, a bird watching paradise and site of nesting herons, egrets, and harbor seal pupping site. The area is known for its natuaral beauty. The town of Stinson is very small with a grocery store, a book shop, a surf shop that rents surf boards and wetsuits, a kayak rental business, a few boutiques, a gallery, three resturaunts and a library. Please be aware there are no gas stations for ten miles, so be sure to fill up before coming over the hill.
