Very private and quiet near the end of the Resort right on the river. The views can not be described they are so good!!

Fully stocked, beautiful 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Relax after a day of Central Oregon. Walking and Bike paths for you to enjoy, plus three sports centers and three Golf Courses.

Primary suite is the whole upper floor. The view from the master suite deck while enjoying your morning coffee is breathtaking. Or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the stars. Then a relaxing bath in the whirlpool tub will soothe those tired muscles after a great hike or 18 holes later.

The kitchen is fully stocked awaiting your culinary creations. Gas bbq is fully ready to grill up those perfect ribs. Come experience All the River Views and see why will be your favorite vacation spot.

Great location!

Came to visit family for the Fourth of July and staying at this rental in eagle crest was perfect for my dog that’s very frightened of fireworks. The community was very quiet and the only fireworks were in the distance that didn’t bother the pup. The view was great and the trail nearby was great for walking the dogs.

This property did not have many recent reviews, but I went with it anyway because of the view and it did not disappoint! We pulled up all of the shades and spent a lot of time out on the patio. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and we saw deer two out of the four days we were there!The property itself inside is with a couple of things that could use some updates, but for the most part was comfortable, spacious, and ultimately had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. I loved the golf-clubs options to use the pool, gym, rent bikes, and the fact that it had its own on-site market, restaurants, and very cool outside bar overlooking the river. And also close to the airport!

Wonderful location.

We have stayed at Eagle Crest before but this was by far the nicest location. Very quiet with spectacular view of the canyon and river.

Great customer service, great views!!

This property had amazing views and was so perfect for us!! When we did have to contact the property manager with a question, she was very quick to respond and friendly.

Wonderful overall experience

Went for fly fishing was literally in my backyard- plus golfed local course there - amenities were wonderful- there was everything there I needed plus more! Value was incredible for what I got.

Beautiful location

This property has a beautiful view of the river, and there is access to lots of hiking trails. There is so much wildlife to enjoy in this location as well. The house is a bit dated but very comfortable. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly.

Great Stay!

Great Thanksgiving holiday stay. Quiet and comfortable. Wonderful view of the Deschutes River from the living room. Only recommendation is more bar soap (only two small bars). Plenty of everything else (towels, wash clothes, TP, etc.)

Lovely location, amazing views! Very comfortable indoor furniture in all rooms. But, building maintenance is in great need. The exterior is very rough & beat up. There was broken glass on roof and deck; This was reported 2 years ago, and still there! Lights burned out at front door and in the bathroom. Not enough lighting in the living/dining room. AC barely reaches the master bedroom, very hot. There were extra fans that could be used but they were dirty. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet with a slow leak causing water tank to constantly refill if we didn't fix it manually. Downstairs tub and kitchen sink have constant drips.Despite all that, would still consider staying here again for the view and quiet location. We enjoyed the stay.

Lovely view

Condo was clean and generally well stocked. The entire complex does need some TLC due to its age but I didn't downgrade my rating because we had family in another condo a few doors down and it was the same issue with the wood decks, steps and siding. Eagle Crest is a great place to vacation with so much to do for all ages.

Everything was PERFECT

A perfect place for our family of 4 to get away from it all. We had EVERYTHING we needed to relax and enjoy the lovely home. The river view was a highlight with our visit timing perfectly with the full moon rising over the mountain at sunset. I counted 15 different bird species over 3 days while sitting on the deck having my morning coffee. Having access to the resort facilities was a bonus. There was so much to do we could not get to it all, but especially enjoyed renting bikes and pickleball. Will definitely be back to stay in this great location with helpful hosts who responded immediately to every question.

great view from the deck,pots and pans need update,they need to check air filter more often it was nasty.I found one in the storage closet and changed it.Unit could definitely use a make over it was like going back in time to the mid 80s.It was a nice stay over all

Clean is really bad

The place is really good and the property definitely is beautiful. Butt the cleaning is really bad the master bedroom the sheets are not clean i found some stains on it. The restrooms is dirty wen I arrive that's the details . But thanks

Beautiful location but the house needs upkeep

The location and view are always going to be worth coming back to but the property needs some TLC. We stayed at the same unit in August of 23 and there has been a broken window, with glass shattered all over the roof that's still not repaired after 10+ months. I have no idea how long it was broken prior to our trip last August. In addition the unit advertises a gas fireplace but it's had the wiring all disconnected so I'm guessing it hasn't ran in a while. Beyond those items the outside is overdue for new siding and paint. It's coming off and rotted in places. With all that said the beds are good, kitchen, and living room are nice, and the view is pretty incredible.

Thank you for being a return guest Keith. We agree the views are spectacular and worth the stay. Yes, we experienced our second incidence of an outer pane/storm panel being damaged. The window itself is not broken or open in any way. This is a specially piece as they go on the outside of the skylight windows. We hope you come stay again so we can show you the fireplace works, the pilot light had been turned off. Eagle Crest HOA repaints every 3 years and manages the outside very well. We do thank you for your kind words about the inside of the house and the great beds.

Beautiful location but needs maintenance

I have stayed at several Eagle Crest locations and have never written a negative review. The location of this condo was great with a beautiful view of the Deschutes River. The condo wasn’t dirty but is in need of some maintenance. The upstairs window above the tub is shattered. You’d never know unless you were on the deck and looked up. From inside it is covered by a blind. In the living room one of the opening windows handles was broken off leaving the window partially opened. The jet tub does not work and many lights in the condo are burned out. The washing machine sounds like it’s on its last leg. The place could just use a total maintenance and upgrade with new sheets and towels. It’s just a shame to see a place with so much potential in disrepair when it could be easily fixed.

Pass on this property

The biggest issue with this unit is that the air conditioner does not reach to the second floor where the master suite and bathroom are located. The temperature in the bedroom is basically the same as outside. During our stay it was in the 90s. There is a box fan in the closet,which means they are aware of the issue. The thermostat is locked at 69 degreesand the check in sheet says if you run the AC below 68 degrees the AC will ice up and you will pay for repairs. The unit is dated and the linens are old and worn. The unit is also not very clean, see attached picture. There is a pool that is directly outside of the unit, but they dont tell you that you are not allowed to use that pool and don't have key for it. It is an owners pool. You have to get in your car and drive about a mile to the pool you are allowed in. The water coming out of the masterbath faucets is cloudy, not sure whats going on there. The VRBO listing says the unit is 3.2 miles from the fair and expo center, which is why we picked it, so we could ride our bikes to the music festival there. We received the actual address the day before arrival and it was 8.4 miles to the fair grounds. I called the property managers at Lava springs and she was absolutely no help and could care less. She didn't believe me when i said the listing showed the property at 3.2 miles, I had to send her a screenshot. Then she simply said that VRBO did that. Lava springs management company agent was rude and nasty.

Great view and location.

Loved the outdoor deck overlooking the Deschutes River and proximity to golf courses, etc. Sadly, no propane so we did not get to enjoy the fireplace nor fire up the BBQ. Also, a strange odor came from the soaking tub upstairs when we turned on the jets.

end of summer vacation

Location offers great view over the Deschutes River and is walking distance to the main pool and activity center. Accommodations were spotless; this is the 2nd time we've stayed in the condo area because the floorplan works for us. The kitchen has everything one needs. Beds are comfortable. Entry/exit and communications with property manager were seamless. We would stay again!

Beautiful spot, clean rental!

We really enjoyed staying here. Clean rental, plenty of space for the family. The lakeside sports pool was really fun for kids. Loved the river view. Would definitely stay here again or recommend it!
