EASY, DIRECT BEACH ACCESS via a walkway from the pool area is provided and you'll be conveniently close to Sea Mountain Highway in Cherry Grove. There's even a small municipal park nearby with swings for kids. Your lodging is within a few blocks of shops, a grocery store, ice cream parlor, pizza, arcade, and more.

Pictures can be deceiving

The property location was great. However the furnishings were old and very deceiving by what the pictures showed. The towels were very low quality, you could see through them. The towel rack in the master bathroom fell off the wall.I think i will bever book a stay through VRBO again. This CONDO WAS FALSELY REPRESENTED. The decoration is out dated, i had a TUBE TV in the MASTER BEDROOM

The room needs updates big time. Everywhere. Looks like owners have not done anything in 15 years. If they want to sale let me know.

Stay anywhere else!

This was honestly the worst place we ever stayed. June 25 2021. Not normally this picky but..There were broken vertical blinds behind the couch. 7 of them were missing from the living room so there was no privacy when you tried to close them and there were 4 blinds missing from the bedroom. Maintenance came out and assessed the place and said this was one of the worst places he had been in. The carpets were disgusting and they actually sent someone to clean them while we were there. You will not know this as they are still gross and beyond cleaning. They need to be replaced. The dryer knob is not the correct knob for the dryer so we thought it wasn't working correctly until another maintenance guy came out and showed us and said he would get the proper one and replace it after we leave. Dirty silverware/dishes we had to wash before use. Need pot holders. You can feel the springs in the Master bedroom mattress and it is sinking. Other mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. Wallpaper is peeling in EVERY room. The ripped wallpaper was "painted" and colored in with crayons in the Master bathroom. The Master bathroom should have a hand rail to help you get out of the tub. It is a fall hazard. Stove burners are uneven. Stove drawer does not sit correctly so it doesn't open and close easily. Toilets are very loud when flushing and should be changed out to the comfort height toilets. The bathroom faucet is also very loud. Both sofas and throw pillows are very dirty and should be replaced. One stool has a broken ring (the part that goes around the seat) The paper towel holder in the kitchen is broken and falls apart when trying to get a paper towel. Table on deck was not wiped off and had black stuff all over it that looked like cigarette ashes. The bedroom with the bunks has something like blood or chocolate on the wall behind the door. There is no carpet padding under part of the carpet in the Queen bedroom and there is a spot in the Master bedroom closet that a part of the carpet has been cut out. There is MOLD in the Master Bathroom that "housekeeping" cannot clean. When the housekeeper came, we showed her and she already knew about it. The caulk needs to be removed, tub and steps cleaned and then replaced with new caulk. Location next to bar/restaurant with live music is not horrible, but it is every night so know that it will never be quiet until 10 or 11. If you can get out of staying here, go find someplace else.

Needs updating, but enjoyed our trip

The condo is definitely in need of updating, but we don’t stay in the condo much and we still enjoyed our stay. The pool area was really nice and we loved the location. You are right next to a bar, so sitting on the balcony in the evening is quite loud, but it makes for some good people watching. For the price, it was definitely a nice trip.

Great location, beautiful views, not a premier property

The location, size, and views were wonderful. The apartment amenities are as cheap as you can get. The carpet is gross. You can see in the corners where it used to be white but the high traffic areas are absolutely brown gray. So bad that you can’t even see the carpet design anymore. The king size bed is very Lumpy. You can feel every coil.

Amazing View of the beach

Amazing beach view from this 4th floor corner unit. Spacious. Everything we needed in kitchen except wine opener. Hope the owner replaces the mattress & box springs in master bedroom before we come next year.

This place was filthy and very tattered. Yes. Right on the beach....should not be a premier host.

Should not be a premier host. They didn’t give us the updated code for the building entry...the office closed and we had to ask another guest for the code. The place was very tattered and the carpets filthy! Holes in the walls and ceiling. Appliances need updated.
