Pls pls pls note our rates posted here are for LODGING only. To host ANY kind of gathering or parties or celebrations, we charge $1500 for up to 15 people attending (regardless of how many less people might be staying overnight) and it goes up from there. IF you are planning parties while respecting our quiet time house rules, You need to ask FIRST before booking as we may not allow such gathering to begin with. Our guests need to pls pls respect my own children and my neighbors’ need for peace harmony and quiet hours with NO one allowed to stay in the yards after 11pm. Only Moderate but not loud noise during the day. Also We do NOT allow smoking of ANY kind inside nor around the house in the yards. We have extremely restrict rules for quiet hours and loud noise and enforce them diligently and those very few who have disregarded them in the past, have been removed and escorted out by the police. We don’t want that for your celebration day nor for our neighbors nor myself (we live only two doors down). We have security cameras all around outside premise of the house.

If these terms are not something you are comfortable with, pls pls pls do NOT book with us. Thank you for understanding and my sincere apologies for these strong words here to those 95% of our guests who have been truly wonderful and cooperative and we like to reduce that 5% to zero. Hence we are adding these words here. We are warm respectful caring people but also deeply care for harmony of our community and neighborhood as well.

Also, please note that due to COVID-19 new and very stringent cleaning requirements we may not be able to accommodate same day booking and checking in. Also With sincere apologies kindly Please NOTE due to Covid 19 state mandate we can not allow more than 16 people to stay. Lastly to accommodate full disinfection protocol we need 4 hours of cleaning hence we are not able to accommodate early checkin or late check outs.

It’s priced even lower than one tiny single room in Rosewood. Why stay there and be limited to a tiny room when for less amount you can stay in this beautiful mansion with its own jetted spa bathtub while you can still be few minutes away from all that Menlo Park offers.
