A vacation home fully restored in 2019, located in a pristine setting (organic farmland) with a panoramic view of the Château de Lavardens—a major tourist attraction in the Gers—and the hills of Gascony. <br>Private saltwater infinity pool (8x4). <br>3 bedrooms, 1 with a private bathroom. <br>Ideally located 2 km from Lavardens, designated one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France,” 10 minutes from the Castera-Verduzan thermal baths, 20 minutes from the city of Auch, and 1 hour from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport.<br>Peaceful setting with century-old oak trees; all 3 bedrooms have direct access to the first-floor balcony with a panoramic view, a library featuring regional and children’s books, a covered parking area, and private entrance. The property shares a common wall with the owners. The pool is reserved exclusively for the guesthouse. Toilets on the first floor and upstairs. Two bathrooms: one private with a walk-in shower, and the other shared with a shower and a small bathtub for children. We live on-site and love helping guests discover our beautiful region; we’re friendly and respectful, and we speak English, German, and a little Spanish. We also have extensive knowledge of Gers wines and local history. We have a 9-year-old son.<br>The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Gers Departmental Tourism Committee.
