Location: Building 42, Unit 440 — convenient bottom-floor location with no stairs

Sleeps up to 4 adults, with the option to accommodate additional children.

Comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom

Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area, along with refreshing trade winds that flow through the unit and lanai

Please note that Unit 440 does not have air conditioning. However, the island's natural trade winds, combined with the ceiling fans throughout the unit and the refreshing breeze flowing through the lanai, help keep the condo comfortable and airy. Many guests enjoy the natural Hawaiian airflow as part of the relaxed island experience.

The condo has a clean, light, and beach-inspired feel, making it easy to settle in and feel at home after a day of exploring Kauai.

Bookings made after August 1st 2026 will have the check-out cleaning fee included with your booking — no separate cleaning fee will be due at check-in.

For applicable bookings made before this offer, the $250 check-out cleaning fee is payable before check-in to the owner directly.

This makes booking after August 1st an even better value and one less expense to worry about when you arrive.

Local Wildlife

Roosters, geckos, and other tropical island wildlife are a normal and fun part of the Kauai experience. Because Hawaii has a warm, tropical climate, occasional encounters with insects or other pests can happen even in well-maintained properties.

Regular pest-control services are scheduled by the HOA to help manage common tropical pests, including ants, roaches, and rodents. However, occasional encounters may still occur.
