Welcome to Prince Kuhio 305, where you can relax and enjoy the ocean view from our third floor condo. Just 100 yards from the ocean, you can hear the sounds of the waves at night. You are only steps away from the beach, where turtles can be seen bobbing their heads and protected monk seals come and rest. This beach is considered to have the best snorkeling on the island of Kauai. Across the street is The Beach House, the only ocean front restaurant in Kauai with a magnificent sunset view. Picture yourself savoring delicious food and refreshing drinks while soaking up the breathtaking scenery.

We have recently remodeled our spacious one bedroom condo with brand new vinyl flooring throughout the lounge and bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen is available, with granite countertops should you choose to dine in. Our resort also has a gas BBQ area, complete with picnic tables for dining outside. And if you're in the mood for a refreshing dip, our swimming pool is nestled among lush tropical plants in the landscaped garden.

Should you wish to wander further afar, there are a variety of activities to pursue. Take surfing lessons down the road at Sheraton Beach, a perfect spot for beginners. Golf and horse riding are a 5 minute drive. And when it comes to shopping and dining, The Shops at Kukui‘ula , Old Koloa Town and Poipu Shopping Village are just minutes away and offer a variety of shops and restaurants to choose from. Or travel even further, out west about 40 minutes away is the stunning Waimea Canyon and the spectacular Kalalau Lookout. .

So come and join us at Prince Kuhio - our small complex of only 71 units is a friendly and welcoming resort, perfect for your unforgettable vacation on the beautiful island of Kauai!

Amazing!

I'll be back , sure! The apartament is in a perfect location. The sunset is literally in front of condo and is beautiful. Have a nice restaurant too in front of it. Catherine is a fantastic host. The apartment is clean and organized, have beach chairs, beach towels and everything that you need to stay comfortable. In resume this is a very good place and I'll be back.

Everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils. Comfortable beds. Great view of ocean. Ceiling fan and other fan kept us cool. Across street to great beach, sunset views.Close to activities. Loved the heritage trail hike! Stunning views.

Nice place. Could use a small AC. I asked for a fan and got one mid stay which helped us be more comfy. Overall good location but dated and warm inside. Nice view and good to have the kitchen!

We were very pleased with our accommodations. We liked that we were able to get a breeze through as there were windows are opposite sides. We could see both beach and mountains from our patio. Comfortable and clean!

The condo was very clean but the floor could use a good mopping. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked often). We were a party of three and there was enough room for us. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The laundry room on the premises was a huge plus. There was a nice shopping center half a mile away with a longs drug store, wonderful restaurants and nice stores to shop at.

Great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Great place to watch the parrots come in for the evening for bedtime. Righ near Beach House restaurant and a hop from poopy beach. Just FYI may not be new to others. This not air conditioned. Ceiling fan in bedroom is nice. September was not uncomfortable. Washer dryer not in unit. Paid on site available. Matt the property manager/caretaker was kind and helpful.

It was on the third floor and a pleasant breeze blew through the rooms. No need for A/C. It was close to beaches, shopping, and eating options. It has all necessary living amenities (no dishwasher, but for only two people, none was needed).

very comfy, love the set up. Perfect for three people, close to ocean. A small air conditioner could have help during the night heat but ceiling fan and sliding door help with maintaining ventilation.Had a wonderful time

Great location and views.

As always the best location in the south shore and some of the best views. Ocean! Mountains! Prince Kuhio park! My only issuer was the floors. When I arrived it was Sandy and dirty. And having booked my trip for almost 11 nights Ud expect enough toilet paper. But these are minor things as the Island of Kauai make up for any inconvenience .

Clean; ocean view was great. Kitchen was stocked with tools for you to cook. The place needs more electrical outlets; there is hardly anywhere convenient plug anything in. There's only a tiny strip of sand that is within walking distance; the rest is rocky and not for swimming. In terms of location, walking to any destination is difficult; two-lane roads with few sidewalks and no street lamps; weird dead-ends blocked by the resorts. It's a central location on the southside, but you definitely need a car everywhere you go. They have a laundry room on the ground floor. Communication was good. One tip: don't park under a tree; the parrots swarm at dusk and will destroy your car with their offerings!

PERFECT location!!

We have stayed in Poipu before, but this is by far the best place. We loved falling asleep at night listening to the crashing waves and wind through the palm leaves. We were able to sleep with all of the windows open at night. The view is amazing. And the sunrises! I couldn't tell where the Earth ended, and Heaven began. We do wish the balcony was a bit larger, but no complaints. We could get 2 chairs out there, it's just a bit tight. The grounds are beautiful, and so well maintained. The beach chairs and cooler are a bit "used". But overall, the amenities were useful. We found out by day 4 that there is parking in the garage. So much easier to get in and out of. And shaded for a cooler car. Look out by the dumpster. Also, a garden hose for washing the "red dirt" off the car. We appreciated that! The owner was very responsive, and the communication was very good. No problems. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Perfect for 2!

First time to Kauai

PK getaway

The property met our expectation with the exception of parking. Parking was tight and twice the lot and garage were full and we had to park on the street.
