It includes, full bathroom with a specious shower, changing area and updated fixtures. As well as heating and air conditioning. You will find a nice lounge space in the backyard with fire pit, table and chairs. A brand new gas Grill available for your private use on the patio.
The land backs up to an orange orchard and wine vines just down the hill. There are endless views and nice places to sit and enjoy. So pleasant are the surroundings you will be outside more than inside. In the morning bring your coffee outside and see the hot air balloons getting underway. Across the way you will hear donkeys and roosters getting their day started. In the neighborhood you may also see roadrunners, foxes and a family of hawks do a fly by (the hawks not the roadrunner and foxes).
