This was the perfect place to stay in Temecula. You definitely need to rent a car to get around, but it's not a deal breaker. Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for the hot tub issues. Good one day and completely down the next day. Numerous attempts to fix the issue failed. A heated pool would have been the best of times.

Thank you for sharing your review! We are so glad to hear that overall this was the perfect place for your stay in Temecula. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the hot tub. We know how much guests look forward to relaxing in it, and we are truly sorry that our repeated attempts to resolve the issue during your stay were unsuccessful. While our property was advertised without pool heat, your feedback is also greatly appreciated as we continuously evaluate ways to enhance our amenities. Thank you again for your patience and for staying with us. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for a flawless experience in the future!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! It was spacious and had a great layout for 3 couples. The kitchen was fantastic. The outdoor space was great. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub and pool. It was easy to find and simple to get in. The property managers were always quick to respond if I had any questions. Once we figured out heating the hot tub, the rest was smooth sailing. It was close to many of the wineries that we were going to. Great for couples but also spacious for families. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

The home is on a great mesa with a beautiful view. The home was clean but it does need some TLC. Also some repairs. The dishwasher is not secured to the cabinet. The return register is missing along with the air filter which in turn the dust is everywhere. The septic tank area has two 3 foot diameter holes approximately 3 feet deep which is a big liability. Luckily the Sunny days had someone come out and rope off the area. As for the pool equipment, I couldn’t control it with the WiFi which in turn I only used the spa on Sunday for about an hour. Could not use it in the evening due to no lights in the pool or spa. Last due to the weather, we did encounter an Ant invasion in the kitchen. I will have to consider more before renting again. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the great location on the mesa and the beautiful views. We appreciate you bringing these maintenance items to our attention. Regarding the ant issue, the dishwasher, and the HVAC air filter, we wish these had been raised during your stay so we could have sent our team out to handle them for you right away. That said, all of these items—including securing the dishwasher, installing the register and filter, servicing the pool/spa lights and controls, and resolving the ant issue—have already been fully addressed and repaired. Thank you again for your review, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continuously improve the experience for our guests.

The home is nestled up a private road, that is shared by two other homes. Very peaceful and it has a great view of the valley, below. The kitchen/living/dining open area is a great place to congregate. Everything in the home worked, my experience has been small things don't work at other places I've stayed. The beds are comfortable, as where the towels. The pool and outside dining area were another good congregation spot. The home is a little older, it still maintains great charm. Also located short driving distances 5-15 mins to dozens of wineries.

Thank you! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful, private setting and those beautiful valley views! It’s wonderful to know that the home's charm shone through, everything worked seamlessly, and the open living area and pool deck served as perfect gathering spots for your group. We take a lot of pride in keeping things comfortable and reliable (right down to the cozy beds and soft towels!), so hearing that really means a lot to us. It sounds like you made the most of being so close to wine country, too! We would love to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway anytime!

The downstairs master bedroom has sheer curtains so the light comes straight in early in the morning. The drains in the upstairs master bedroom do not drain in the shower or the sinks. So your showers quickly turn into a bath. They are having an ant issue on the property currently. And on the side of the property there is a large hole in the ground where the septic tank used to be, and around the hole is sharp metal posts that weee cut off. So make sure kids or pets don’t run around that area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are surprised to read these comments, as none of these issues were raised with us during your stay. Had you contacted us while you were here, we would have immediately sent our maintenance team to clear the drains, address the ants, and assist with any window covering concerns to make your stay completely comfortable. Regarding the exterior area, the septic tank section is located well off to the side of the main grounds, but safety is our top priority. We have shared all this to our maintenance team and they are currently being addressed. Thanks again for your feedback!
