Vacation home for 5 people, heated pool, near Royan

Isabelle and Thierry invite you to discover their exceptional property. A former distillery located in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields on the edge of a wood, our property features six authentic, fully self-contained cottages on a 5,200 m² lot filled with trees and flowers. Our self-contained cottages each have their own private terrace and garden area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. They all feature a fully equipped kitchen. Furnished and decorated by Isabelle, they include everything you need to feel right at home. A favorite spot for adults to relax and children to have fun, our large heated pool (14 m x 7 m) and its wading pool (6 m x 3 m) are located in the heart of a secure area surrounded by exotic vegetation. To comply with hygiene measures and social distancing guidelines, we will be assigning lounge chairs and regular chairs by cottage for the summer of 2020, distributed throughout the large area surrounding the pool. The pool water is treated with chlorine.

The Cherry Tree Cottage:
A single-story cottage of approximately 56 m² featuring a fully furnished and equipped kitchen/dining room, 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet

Kitchen: built-in kitchen cabinets, 1 large table, and 6 chairs.
Two bedrooms:
A large bedroom with a 140-width double bed, a wardrobe, a sitting area with 1 armchair, a 2-seater sofa, and a side table

A second large bedroom with a 140-width double bed, one 90-bed single bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser. An additional 90-bed single bed can be added for short stays.

Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Private, enclosed terrace and garden: South-facing with patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, plus a clothesline and drying rack.
