Trip to Antibes

Valerie is a very nice host. She greeted us with wine and fruit! We had a lovely stay in her two bedroom apartment. We were close to groceies, restaurants, beach, park with carosal for children and only 1 hour drive to Nice. Loved relaxing after 5 days in Paris.

Amazing time in Juan Les Pins!

I can’t describe enough how wonderful this stay was for our 2 children, my husband and my mother in law. Safe and secure with everything you need and more. The location was perfect with a short walk to both Antibes and Juan Les pins with a bakery very close as well. Hopefully we will return next year and I would absolutely stay here again! Tracey

Fantastic stay in Juan les pins

We loved staying in our apartment in Juan les pins. A beautiful place with everything we needed. It is a short walk to antibes where you can see museums, go to the market and enjoy the beautiful city. And then you can walk back to our quieter area and enjoy the pool, and the lovely terrace. Easy to walk out at night and eat in one of the many great restaurants in Juan les pins. Recommend it 100%

Fantastic Apartment in perfect location for exploring Antibes area

We wanted a quiet location not far from the busy towns of Juan Les Pain & Antibes. From the moment of booking and the excellent communication from Valerie, it was clear it was a good find. Up on arrival it just got better, we had found a fantastically located property very well kept with everything you needed to hand. Valerie was just brilliant in accommodating our arrival and checking us into the apartment. We had an excellent weeks stay and we hope to return again soon!!!

Bright apt in good location.

The check in process with Valerie was excellent and Thorough. The apartment is bright and comfortable, except for the seating both in the living room and outdoors, which is unfortunate for such a nice space.

Superb Antibes Apt.

Seriously recommend this apt. for location, amenities and exceptional management. Can't beat a 10 minute walk to the beaches, many grocery stores, nice restaurants and the fantastic Eric Keyser bakery! The apartment is spacious and comfortable and if the weather is good, the balcony makes for beautiful outdoor living. Your hosts, Valerie, Barbara and my favorite, Barbara's mother who lives in the building, are the best VRBO host ever!

This is a very well situated apartment between Antibes and Juan le Pins. Easy transportation along coast using the train. Walking distance to all the resort has to offer. The apartment is first class. Clean and airy

Outstanding apartment

Check in - Valarie was so accommodating, our flight was delayed by 2hrs but she met us with a big smile and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. Very cleaner and comfortable apartment Well equipped with extras which included dishwasher tabs and washing detergent. Lots of plates and glasses so we never ran out Great owner and host Paul Andrea & Lauren

Fun in Antibes

Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment and we were very comfortable. Valerie greeted us and did an excellent job of getting us settled in. There is everything that you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped and we were going leased to have a washing machine. We walked to several of the nearby beaches. It usually took us about 10 minutes. All the nearby beaches were fabulous. Our family was very pleased with this lovely bright apartment.

Excellent apt!

This was our second visit to this apt. Great apt with good location. Walking distance to cities, but also to beach, shops, restaurants, train, groceries etc. Private parking. Clean and well kept. Quiet area and friendly neighbors. All bedrooms now have AC. All equipment worked as expected. Will come back again if we can.

Lovely holiday in a great location and apartment

Apartment was well maintained, clean, had all necessities and more with ample of room for 4 adults and a toddler age 2. Location of apartment was amazing. Walking distance to Juan Les Pins beach and train station, 5 min walk to Carrefour city for food shopping and a 3 min walk to the local bakery for your morning pastries and baguette. It’s also easy to walk into the Old Town of Antibes straight down one road however you do have to walk back up the hill (which was fine for us), or you can get the Mini tourist train which we did one day which goes every hour. Only thing to note was the original information provided about the address of the apartment was very slightly incorrect (still same location but different apartment block) and didn’t show on google maps making it hard to book transfers, however after confirming the address with the host we were provided with the correct address and further information about how to access the property. It would be helpful if this information and correct address could be provided once confirmed. Overall all we had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend and we are keen to be booking again!

Perfect apartment with huge terrace, air con, and close to beaches

We have just come back from a week in this apartment and it was perfect for us. It is absolutely spotless and really well equipped - not only with white goods and utensils, but also with cupboard essentials which makes such a difference when flying as can't bring anything. The terrace is huge enabling us to eat all our meals outside. The apartment is ideally located for both Antibes and Juan Les Pins Les Pins and the walk pleasant - downhill on the way to either of these and so uphill on the way back, which was absolutely fine for us, especially as coming back to a lovely cool air-con apartment which helped to make our stay so comfortable. Some photos show a road from the balcony but that should not be a concern as it is so quiet. The whole residence was very quiet and peaceful during out stay. The host Valerie is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She held on to our luggage on the first day and the last day so we could enjoy the beach before having access to the apartment and after having checked-out. Makes a a huge difference to have had this as not everywhere offers this. We will definitely come back to this apartment if we ever go back to Antibes. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice property near town and the beach

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in the apartment in Antibes. There were three of us (husband/wife and a friend) and we had plenty of space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The living room furniture was as described, but would have been more comfortable with a sofa or sectional. Two of the chairs need to have the seats re-done. The weather wasn't great, but we still sat outside a number of times. The balcony is huge and there is plenty of furniture. It was helpful to have a washing machine that was easy to use. Ample space to hang clothes out to dry on the balcony. Nice to have a parking space, but it was a little bit tricky to get our larger car into the space. Walking distance to plenty of things. Just as a caveat - and this has nothing to do with the apartment - we realized that if we are going to be near the sea, we would have preferred to be on the sea with a view of the water. This is just something to think about as you review accommodations in Antibes. I am sure this would have increased our nightly rate.

Appartement spacieux et bien placé

Tout d’abord merci pour l’accueil, nous avons pu récupérer le logement assez tôt et avons même bénéficié d’une visite du quartier avec les recommandations concernant les commerces. L’appartement est très agréable: bien équipé, spacieux avec une grande terrasse qui fait le tour de l’appartement, 2 SDB et un garage en sous sol, ce qui est tres appréciable. La piscine est grande mais avec souvent du monde, cependant nous avons toujours réussi à nous y installer. Un petit bémol tout de même du fait du vis à vis avec les voisins sur une partie de la terrasse. L’emplacement est quant à lui tres bien car à mi chemin entre Juan les Pins et Antibes où l’on peut aller à pied assez facilement. La plage est également accessible à pied. Globalement nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour en famille, encore merci pour l’accueil.

Super condo! Grande terrasse et près de tout

Le condo est vraiment confortable, les appareils sont à jour, belle lumière, grandes fenêtres tout le tour et hôtes très sympathiques! Le garage est un must super utile et la piscine parfaite pour baignade avec les enfants en après-midi après les activités de la matinée. N’hésitez pas une seconde!

Parfait!

Nous sommes restés 3 mois dans cet appartement et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L’appartement est agréable, avec beaucoup de rangements, une belle terrasse, très bien situé avec tous les commerces à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pieds. L’accueil de Valérie est parfait et la propriétaire est très sympathique également. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Tout était impeccable.

A Lovely Oasis in Antibes

We arrived at Juan Les Pins train station and phoned Valerie who immediately said she would come and pick us up. This was a lovely surprise and it was made better when Valerie drove us to the apartment and pointed out places of interest on the way. She gave us a tour of the apartment complex which included the garage, bin storage, swimming pool and our very well stocked apartment, everything we needed was there. We also received a fabulous bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine....a really nice touch. Valerie said we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. The apartment was very very clean and the balcony had lots of seats and tables. The apartment gets the morning sun which was a bit disappointing for us as we like to enjoy the afternoon sun but this did not take away from our enjoyment of the space. You can walk to Juan les Pins in a couple of minutes and c.10 minutes along by the seafront to Antibes. We were able to stay longer on our departure date which was really brilliant. Overall we would recommend this apartment and Valerie was so good at communicating at all times.

Great stay in South of France

Easy process for renting. Nice location with walking distance to local beaches. You need to have a small car to get it into the garage. Very welcoming owner representative.
