It makes an ideal base for exploring the Riviera, located between Nice and Cannes and just 20 minutes from Nice airport.

Duplex apartment in a small exclusive residence in a residential area just 350m from the sandy beach, bakery, restaurants and a few local shops. It's just a 10 mins walk to either Antibes or Juan les Pins.

The nearest station is 10 mins walk where you can get to all the towns along the coast such as Cannes, Nice, Villefranche, Menton, Monte Carlo and further afield into Italy.

This 2-storey property has been decorated in a contemporary style and is located in a building overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful art deco main residence building.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living area has air conditioning and consists of a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge area which overlooks the private terrace to the rear. The kitchen has a full size oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges and Tassimo coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor which also houses the washing machine.

The private garden runs to the side and rear of the property and is an ideal place for sitting in the sun on one of the sun loungers or eating alfresco under the large sun shade.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and spacious shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, white modern furniture and large integral wardrobes. The front bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the pool. The bedroom at the back has a king-sized bed and overlooks private gardens.

Changeover day is Mon-Sat and usually Saturday only during Jul-Aug, but other days may be possible so please enquire.
