Great trip

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's property. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and it was right on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great time on a family vacation!! This condo is so nice!! I love the lady that owns it. She even showed us around. We would love to stay here again!!!!

Great stay

the owner was wonderful to work with. Everything was great. The only issue we had was with the hotel itself in that the parking garage was not available during our stay.

As for the garage the county has to send their people to inspect all the building along the shores t hat are over 4 floors to make sure it does not happen like the building in Miami. I am sorry for the inconvenience but is nothing we can do about it. thank you and be well

Room was clean and spacious. Propert manager was responsive. Otherwise, considering it was the end of bike week, traffic and parking were frustrating to say the least getting to the room was kind of shady. heading for the listing was accurate as far as amenities however it did not coincide with the property listing which was misleading as far as amenity access. There are three pools two of which were in disreapar one that was accessible was clean overall I probably would not return to that location. Specifically, I do understand that the property owner does not have control over the facility that the rental is housed in, but I do not believe the money paid for that specific rental was worth its value for a one night stay we actually did stay two nights but really we didn’t get there until about 10 o’clock in the evening one night spent a full day and had to leave early. The following Sunday an offer was extended to us to stay later but we have prior Obligations.

Chelsy as I told the night you arrived that I disclose every thing in my listing, check in time it was 3Pm.You getting there so late in the evening and not been able to do any thing is not my fault. The only mistake was that we have you going to unit 820 by mistake the unit you rent was 202 and you can verified that with VRBO. I have try to make up to you but letting you staying as long as you want Sunday. As for the price during bike week the rates are over $300. for night So I was charging $250 because I only had 2 nights available. All the extra that you paid it was the transient taxes, VRBO fees and credit card fees. Nothing to do with me. I am very sorry that you did not have a good time but this was not do to me or my unit. Next time you come to Daytona do not come during bike week Daytona 500 in Feb. October Fest bike, May Rockville. The price are over $300 and in some hotels charges are around $500 a night for just 1 room. Hope that you had a nice trip back home.

The property was I great condition we had no issues while saying the only thing is plan on eating out my wife cooked breakfast kitchen has no stove but other than that it was a great stay with a good view of the beach Maria was great good for price

Hi Curtis thank for your review I really appreciated. Just some clarification in my listing it say a cook top not stove, microwave, large toaster oven, there was a large slow cooker and the kitchen was fully equip with pans,pots baking dishes microwave plates and bowls, plenty of cooking utensils,flat ware, plates,bowls, serving trays, cups,glasses stemware for wine, If you eat out it was your choice I have guest that stay in the winter 3 months and never had a problem. I will love to have you back but if you need a full kitchen like at home you should for a home bu I dont know if you can rented for vacation rental. Now that you know what it is I will like to host you any time you want me to .Be well Maria

We enjoyed iur stay at the condo...

We had a good time staying at the condo. There were a few hiccups but maria and angie were helpful to fix things. The pools are still destroyed from last years hurricane and the parking lot is always full si ce the parking garage is still closed. The room Was nice the ac worked and the view from the deck looks over the ocean.

Great Condo

My son and I enjoyed our stay in Maria’s condo. Everything was as described in listing. The condo was immaculate with a well outfitted kitchen and comfortable furniture. We have stayed in other units in this bldg in the past and were aware of the lack of amenities, but the convenience of the location and views totally make up for it. Maria was easy to reach and kindly allowed us to check in early when the weather was not cooperating. We would definitely recommend Maria’s unit, and hope to come back next year.

Hidden Treasure!!

Don't let the outside appearance of the main building and the fact there is no pool fool you. This is a great little treasure that I happen to find. It was clean and updated. The pictures don't do it justice. This was a perfect getaway on the beach. The hosts were attentative to any messages and it was extremely easy to check in and out. The quick walk to the beach was easy and the view from the balcony was perfect. This place is definitely on the list to do again.

Wish I had found sooner!

The hosts were fantastic and so helpful! The unit was more than we expected and all was clean and homey. So many more amenities, more space to enjoy than our usual hotel we’ve used for years and cost less! This will be our go to from now on. The only thing I could complain about was the parking situation and that is common wherever you go in Daytona and certainly not the fault of the host. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. First of all, we felt safe. Everything was very clean. The room has plenty of space so the four of us were not right on top of each other. The two queen beds were very comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. Maria thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. The view from the ocean front balcony was great and the furniture very comfortable too. The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. There was plenty of seating at the table or bar for meals. We also liked the full size refrigerator with ice maker. The choice of pools were wonderful, too. Overall, we would stay here again (and hope to!).

Perfect trip

Excellent place with to stay with my husband and 3 year old son. The condo was very clean and had a wonderful view. Maria was extremely helpful getting us checked and ready for you vacation. We will definitely be staying with her again soon!

Beach getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Maria was really nice and accommodating. She met us at the lobby and gave us a tour of the Resort which was very helpful. Her condo was very clean and my family and I felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Definitely will be staying here again. Thank you Maria!

Great condo, roomy and great beds.

There were 3 of us staying here and we were able to each have our own space, mine usually being on the balcony looking at the ocean. The beds were so comfy, there were nights I woke up thinking I was at home! Maria is a sweetheart and showed me everything I needed to know. Great place, would stay there again.
