This is our private home and is only available a few weeks per year.

Please note that the house is listed with five bedrooms. If your group exceeds 11 people, we unlock the guest suite, which serves as the fifth bedroom with one king bed. Please refer to the "guest count" section for further details.

- Indulge in a well-lit view of Lake Barton, whether in normal light or under blacklight, with 150 feet of lake-front access and a private boat ramp.
- Enjoy the privacy of a heated pool (request for a fee) and hot tub.
- Your booking grants you access to the backyard's full-size, AVP-certified volleyball court. Please be mindful that only the volleyball court is shared, with the volleyball net serving as the property line. Kindly respect our neighbors.
- Each toilet in the house is equipped with high-end bidets valued at $400+.
- The outdoor patio features an inviting atmosphere with an outdoor kitchen, grill, hammock swings, custom concrete fire table, and mist fans.
- Engage in fishing, paddle boarding, and wake surfing (available upon request at an additional charge) on the lake.
-Please note that our tropical Florida environment may bring about encounters with various critters and insects. While we do have monthly maintenance, you can help by keeping doors and windows closed, sealing food properly, and disposing of trash regularly. If you spot a few pests, kindly guide them outside, but if the issue persists, please contact us.

The house offers 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 floating full beds, and 2 floating twin beds. Additionally, there is two never-go-flat firmness adjustable air mattresses 1 queen and 1 twin.

Outdoor amenities include a pool, hot tub, beach volleyball court. Kindly adhere to additional rules, respecting the shared backyard amenities with our neighbor within (the volleyball court) the Compound. Please maintain a low volume after 10 pm.

Regarding guest count and extra guests, our pricing is based on 1-4 people at the house. If there will be more than 4 people staying for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. This is crucial for insurance purposes. An additional fee of $25 per night per guest applies. If your group exceeds 10 people, you will have access to the guest suite, featuring one king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Groups with fewer than 10 guests will have access to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The per-person charge will automatically cover this, but if your group is 10 or under and you require the additional space, please contact us for pricing.

We happily welcome your furry friends to join your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly request adherence to our pet guidelines. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds (evidence will result in a $200 charge). Unfortunately, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please inform us in advance of your intention to bring a pet. We request the removal of all rugs in rooms accessible to your pet and appreciate your diligence in cleaning up after them. Thank you!

Please take note of the following:
- Pets reside on the property.
- Certain spaces, such as the volleyball court, are shared, encouraging a social atmosphere
- Surveillance or recording devices on property – Video surveillance is located only in the outdoor areas of the property. This provides security for guests and hosts.

Other things to note
No smoking indoors: $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.

For any cancellation, the processing fee of 1% of you total booking will not be refunded.
