House Rules

Parking

• Complimentary street parking is available directly in front of the home.

Smoking

This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the home is prohibited. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Private Hot Tub

• Enjoy at your own risk.
• Replace and secure the cover after each use.
• Turn off the jets when finished.
• Help keep the area clean for future guests.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
Outdoor music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted after 9:00 PM.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is four registered guests.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

Pet Policy

• One pet welcome (25 lbs. maximum).
• Refundable $200 pet deposit collected after booking.
• Pets must be house-trained.
• Pets must be crated when left unattended.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages.

Service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.

Exterior Security Cameras

Exterior cameras monitor the front entrance, driveway, side gate, backyard, grill, and hot tub areas. There are no cameras inside the home.

Routine Maintenance

Occasional lawn care, pest control, hot tub service, or other exterior maintenance may occur during normal business hours to keep the property in excellent condition.

Before You Leave

Please lock all doors and windows, turn off lights and small appliances, place used towels in the bathroom, dispose of trash, secure the hot tub cover, and double-check for personal belongings.
