Inside, you’ll find a comfy environment for chilling out to watch your favorite cable TV program on the flat screen 4K UHD TV or enjoy your favorite movie from two shelves of family-friendly DVDs. You’ll find a complete cable package as well as high-speed wireless internet access. The unit has open plan living, kitchen and dining areas, all with a great ocean view. 


For snacks, meals or entertaining, the kitchen is fully equipped and a delight to use, providing granite countertops and all of the appliances and necessary utensils to create your own gourmet feasts. Choose to share your meals and snacks in the dining area, seated around the full size dining table, or out on the balcony so you can take in the spectacular views while enjoying your meals.


When you explore your new surroundings, we anticipate you’ll find them to be even better than the photos, with unique design features throughout to make you feel comfortable and at home. From floor to furnishings to full-height ceilings, the interiors are as wonderful as the views. Great for long-term stays!
The unit sleeps 6 guests offering a choice of a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds in the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own HDTV. In the large master suite, you'll find very comfortable furniture and rich linens to keep stress and worry a world away. The en suite bathroom and its garden soaking tub offer additional relaxation. The front bedrooms are cozy and inviting and the second bathroom in the front hall also has a security bar by the tub, shelves and hooks for added convenience during your stay. For fun on the beach, the twin bedroom closet has toys, chairs, beach mats, and towels. 


Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock Beach Resort rentals include access to a large ocean front heated pool and spa, a second heated pool with a gradual walk-in slope for kids and families, spa, a splash zone for kids, a fitness center, an adult game room with pool table, a kids’ game room with foosball table and video games, a seasonal grille, and picturesque walking and jogging trails.


We have provided a Welcome Guide that contains necessary information for your stay as well as information and menus for our favorite local places. In addition, you will find activities including golf and shopping in Palm Coast, and lots of interesting things to do in both Historical St Augustine and St Augustine Beach.

We also personally own two condos in Cinnamon Beach and have successfully managed and rented several others since 2013. Guest Access:
Guest has access to the whole condo except for locked owner’s closet. Full access to the Cinnamon Beach Recreational facilities and both beach side and ocean side pools. Full access to the county owned public beach via the Cinnamon Beach dune walkovers.

The Neighborhood:
Cinnamon Beach is an unspoiled, picturesque stretch of the Atlantic coastline nestled between Historic Saint Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south. Cinnamon Beach is known for its unique cinnamon colored sand, a natural result of the ocean waves lapping against the offshore coquina reef. Miles of uncrowded beach offer a low-key and laid-back environment to just sit and enjoy the relaxing beach life.

There are plenty of local restaurants for dinning and entertainment. Visit the Captain’s BBQ at Bings Landing on the inter-coastal water way, or the many shops and restaurants in the European Village. For a unique experience try the Funky Pelican right on the ocean in Flagler Beach just 15 minutes away. If you are looking for adventure, then a day trip into historic Saint Augustine is a must. Walk along St. George street and experience the eclectic collection of shops, restaurants, and countless entertainment options.
