The small, family oriented community of Madeira Beach is casual and friendly, offering a sunny welcome to all who vacation by its wide, white beach. Watersports, fishing, golfing, beach walking, and quiet relaxing are favorite pastimes on this popular but never crowded area. Las Brisas, beach front condo is overlooking the Gulf of Mexico on the west and Boca Ciega Bay a few blocks to the east, Madeira Beach provides an ideal setting for all seasons vacation fun and relaxation.
This unit has 2 reserved parking spots.
There are NO visitor parking spots, all spots are assigned to individual units.

Great location! Super convenient for restaurants and entertainment. The place was super clean and many more amenities than other rentals we’ve stayed in. Beach was amazing and always clean.

Excellent Florida vacation

Beautiful spot, clean, well equipped, just as advertised. Excellent location, gorgeous beach front. We had a wonderful time. Owners were wonderful to work with. We would love to stay again sometime.

This condo is AMAZING!! Everything was clean and very well decorated!! I enjoyed the owners as well. They are both very friendly and it was a pleasure working with them.

Great vacation!

The condo was beautiful and Anthony was a wonderful host! Everything met our expectations and then some. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back again next year!

Great Place to Stay

Wonderful and very clean. Owners checked in, which was very thoughtful

I would rent this condo again without a doubt. Very comfortable. Very good location. Furnished well, and comfortable beds as well. Very nice condo.

Beautiful beach balcony, clean, comfy, very nice

Would highly recommend. Condo is very nice, clean, spacious, plenty of comfortable seating, big balcony overlooking beautiful beach. Great location for restaurants and shops. Owners pleasant and easily accessible for any questions.

Amazing Vacation Condo

The Condominium was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect fit for my wife and me, our son and daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. The facility is directly on the beach which was exciting for the grandkids to enjoy the ocean every day. We loved the sunsets and all the great restaurants nearby.

Great Spring Break Trip

We’ve stayed at 3 different locations in Madeira. This was by far the best! The owner is incredibly accommodating and the quality of the unit is fantastic. We will definitely consider this unit again in the future!

Family Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful time and the condo was the perfect location and spot to spend the week, instead of in a resort hotel room. Location was great for getting around to different activities or just walking. The beach access is easy and very clean area. There were no problems with anything in the condo and very appreciative of the resources available. We would definitely love to come back again!

Exceptional Condo

This property is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well stocked and has a stunning view! Our time here was fantastic! There are many close restaurants and attractions if you venture out. Our days were spent on the beach just steps away from the condo. You can’t go wrong here. Thank you Lidia and Anthony!

Family Beach Vacation

Our family enjoyed our visit to this condo fir one week. Anthony and Lidia were in touch before, during and as we were checking out. The beach and ocean front view was perfect! Every amenity for enjoying our trip was found in the condo. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and decor was exceptional. We will return! The McCollum Family

Great beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked. The views of the gulf are beautiful. Pool area is on the small side but still nice. The beach is right on the other side of the gate and is very easy to make trips back and forth to the condo throughout the day. Madeira beach was quite busy during spring break but we enjoyed exploring the area as it was our first time visiting. Owners have high standards and keep in touch well.

Get Condo and Beach for Family

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you would need for your stay. Nice balcony with plenty of space and chairs. The two parking spaces were great and were covered. It made it very easy to store beach items in the truck instead of carrying them to the room everyday. It was a short walk to the beach and not terribly crowded. The owners were awesome and checked on us to see if we had questions or needed anything. Within walking distance to places to eat. Loved it and will definitely go back.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Our family had a great experience at this well maintained, very clean, spacious, comfortable and updated condo. The balcony on this unit awesome, it is large and wraps around the side of the unit, it has ample seating and a table for your enjoyment. The owners are great people and do everything right from the minute you make contact with them (responsive, gracious and informative). Great beach location, you can rent chaise lounge chairs with cabanas right in front of the condo. Great area, lots of great dining, cold cocktails, shopping and activities very close to this unit. If we could rate this with six stars we would!!!

Best Condo Ever!

My husband and I have been coming to this area for 5 years, and tried several different properties. This is by FAR the best condo we have ever rented. Everything was immaculate! All appliances worked; the beds/sheets were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything you could ever want, to cook in; the view is spectacular; and the condo amenities are perfect for us. Condo owners did a great job communicating, and followed up to insure we had everything we could possibly need. The pool Mtce. co. comes 3x each week, and the property custodian keeps all the outdoor areas clean and tidy. Crossing fingers that we can rent again next year!

Memory lane

I wanted to take my family to the same Madeira Beach / John's pass area that I vacationed with my parents. I was looking to stay in a more upgraded and better furnished / equipped condo than I stayed in years ago. This was the perfect fit. Anthony and Lidia made sure we had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean, comfortable, and we did truly have everything we needed. The corner balcony has beautiful oceanfront view as well as a view of the pool and a glimpse up Gulf Blvd. The corner balcony also has a cross breeze on hot days. Having 2 reserved parking spaces under building near beach access, stairs and elevator was extremely convenient. Being in walking distance to many local hot spots was a must for us, and we even walked to John's Pass. It was a great condo to stay in and show our kids the same awesome beach, restaurants and shops as my parents shared with us many years ago.

Great stay at the beach

Our family had a great time staying at this condo. The condo was in great shape and the view was awesome. We got to see some dolphins on a couple of mornings sitting on the balcony. The owners are very responsive and do a great job of making sure you have a good trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic view, delightful owners, super comfy condo

This property is smack dab on the beach. You just pop down the elevator and walk through the parking garage to the sand. It could not be easier. The patio is spacious with comfortable seating and extraordinary views. We watched folks fishing, paddleboarding, and playing while listening to the ocean sounds. The sand here is soft and the water turquoise and warm. The condo itself has comfortable seating (including a couple of recliners) and the best dishes and pots/pans I have ever had in a beach condo. You can really cook if you want to. The air conditioning worked great and there are ceiling fans for additional air circulation. Check-in was a breeze and there are shopping carts in the garage so you can make fewer trips. Check-out was similarly easy and there was NOT a long list of things to do upon checkout. You will certainly love Anthony and Lidia. We felt like a guest in their home and I honestly feel like we made new friends even though we never met. I even texted them pictures during our stay. We went with extended family and I would recommend this for condo for anyone looking for a great location and a comfortable stay.
