The villa is located in a very quiet mountain area with a beautiful panorama of the Gulf of Carini. The house is spread over 2 elevations each of which has 3 bedrooms. On the upper floor there are 5 beds while on the lower floor there are 7 beds. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase and a door makes the two elevations independent of each other. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, (2 double and 1 single) 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa, TV table, wfi, fireplace. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms (in one room there is a double and a single bed, in another room there is a double bed and a single bed with the possibility of adding another single bed) , 1 bathroom. In all bedrooms there are fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom on the main floor has a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with heating system so the villa can be inhabited all year round. Adjacent to the villa there is a space with a wooden roof furnished with deck chairs, table and chairs to be able to have meals outdoors. The spacious balcony of the villa is also tastefully decorated. Outside the villa there is a seasonal swimming pool above ground. The villa is surrounded by 4000 meters of land where there are olive, lemon and orange trees.
