Welcome to your home away from home in historic Port Royal! Enjoy this beautiful, spacious, lowcountry style 1 story 4BR 2BA home in the heart of Old Port Royal. This home has an "open- floor" plan combining living room, dining room and kitchen therefore making it easy to interact with your family and guests. Relax on the front or back porch while you enjoy feeling the southern breezes and saying hello to neighbors walking by.
We are located just 1 mile from the entrance to Parris Island. This home is perfect for those coming to see their new Marine graduate, as well as those coming to explore Port Royal, historic Beaufort, and the gorgeous surrounding areas. The Sands Beach area, a local favorite destination is only a half mile from the house. It includes a small local beach on the Port Royal Sound, perfect for sunbathing and looking for shark's teeth. There is also a public boat launch, boardwalk and observation tower that overlooks Port Royal Sound and Parris Island. One block from the home is the Cypress Wetlands nature sanctuary with its walking trails and boardwalk. Port Royal offers several unique shops, restaurants, and a wonderful gourmet coffee shop, all within walking distance from the house. Enjoy walking and biking on the nearby Spanish Moss Trail. Downtown Beaufort with its waterfront park, shops, and varied dining options is just an 8 minute drive away. We are a 25 minute drive to the beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park and a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head. Charleston is 60 miles away and Savannah is just 40 miles away. They are both easy day trips.

This is Hidden Gem in Port Royal!!!ā€¦.Pics donā€™t make justice . Debbie was very nice and responsive at all times. The whole little town is beautiful and walkable. We went from my Son Graduation from the Marines and this House was the Perfect location only 15 minutes away , excellent mostly when some of the days you need to be there at 5am to avoid long lines.Overall HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The host Debbie is amazing! Great communication & the house is perfect with everything you need for a stay away from home. Cleanest VRBO weā€™ve ever stayed in! Walkable to the Cypress Wetlands which is a must with a camera, birds, turtles, and gators galore! Short drive to the Sands Beach and the Henry Robinson Boardwalk where you can watch the dolphins frolicking in the water. There was ice cream, pizza, breakfast, and coffee walkable nearby, Major stores like Publix and Piggly Wiggly were just a short drive. We ate at Fish Camp on 11th Street and it was delicious, our server was fantastic, and the sunset on the water views from our table were so pretty!! This VRBO is in a perfect location for getting to and from Parris Island for Family Day and Graduation! Just an overall awesome experience! 10/10 Recommend!

We went for my 2 sons USMC graduation and it was perfect. Great location, description is accurate. Madisonā€™s restaurant is amazing highly recommend. Would love to come back for an actual vacation. The homemade treats on the counter were the sweetest touch and so tasty too. Just mad at myself because I forgot to write our story in the guest book. Thank you for everything!!

The pictures on VRBO was spot on. The house was very clean, neat, and ready to welcome us as visitors. The location was fantastic since it was about 2 1/2 to 3 miles from the Marine Corps graduation that we attended on Parris Island. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for our sonā€™s Marine boot camp graduation, it was the perfect location. Debbie is great, sheā€™s there if you need anything. We didnā€™t spend a lot of time in the house since we only stayed 2 nights, but it had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful clean property. Lovely owner! We stayed for our sons Marine Corps bootcamp graduation. The home was perfect for our large group that came in to celebrate. Port Royal is a sweet southern town with even sweeter people. Don't hesitate to book your stay.

Attend Graduation at Parris Island

We ended up with one extra person and a couple of extra cars at times and they were great to accommodate us. The place was very comfortable and just like being at home. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed for a marine graduation. Debbie was a great host, she greeted us and provided her contact information incase we needed anything. The home was super clean and had everything we needed to cook and have a nice time. The location is walking distance from the beach and amazing local restaurants.

Marine Corps Bootcamp Graduation

We had a nice two day stay with family while attending Marine Corps graduation. The house is in a nice area, unfortunately, we just didn't have the time to walk around and enjoy the area. Two couples, one young adult, one elderly person. The house was very clean.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Communication with the owner, price, location, property, everything! HIGHLY recommend this especially if youā€™re staying for ga graduation from Paris Island. We were 10 minutes from the island. We could SEE it from the neighborhood!!

I grew up in Lancaster County PA. My dad was a country doctor with a hitching post in our back yard for the horse and buggies. I graduated Widener University with a BS in Nursing. I moved to FL and met Tim (the love of my life) and have been married for 31 years. We have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. We traveled through the Beaufort area last August and fell in love with it. So much so that we bought property and decided to spend the rest of our lives here. I am in love with Port Royal and am so excited to share our home with you. I know you will love it as much as we do.

My husband and I fell in love with Port Royal the very first time we visited. We weren't even looking to ever move from Tennessee. The friendly people, the beautiful oak trees covered in Spanish Moss, the warm breezes, bike trails, beaches and festivals are only a few reasons we quickly decided to settle here.This is also very centrally located to our children and grandchildren. We are so excited about our new life in the lowcountry.

This house is what the lowcountry is all about.Cozy front porch and screened in back patio just invite you to relax and kickback. The street is quiet and peaceful and yet is within walking distance to restaurants, festivals and beach. The open layout of our home brings family together for eating, watching movies and playing board games. My favorite thing to do is have my cup of coffee in the morning while sitting in a comfortable chair on the front porch and greeting the neighbors as they walk by.

We are right around the corner if you need anything. We would love for this to be a wonderful and memorable experience for you. RELAX AND ENJOY!
