EXTRA FREE TIME! Arrive as early as 9 AM and check out as late as 9 PM at no extra charge. We try to arrange our cleanings the day before and after your arrival and departure to make our home more COVID FREE.

Due to new laws we can only rent 30 plus days, however there are ways around this. We can block out the 30 days to be compliant and you can stay the length of time you desire. Please message owners on this platform to see if it’s worth it for you. Comfort, beauty and elegance await you in this sunny south facing tropical yard and home. Driving up to the home, you will appreciate the professionally landscaped yard with a wide variety of palms and custom lighting throughout.

As you enter the home through the beautiful large blue door, your will immediate feel the spaciousness of this elegant home with high ceilings throughout. You will enjoy the ease of living all on one floor. The open living concept of family, dining and kitchen all open to one another make entertaining fun and easy.

The sun filled yard has much to offer. Enjoy swinging in the hammock or lounging in the comfortable adjustable chaise lounge chairs, or lay out in the pool on the matts provided. Plenty of pool toys to choose from. The spacious yard offers several areas to enjoy. The large covered patio provides a dining area for 6, and a large stainless steel BBQ, and outdoor living area that includes a rocker glider chair. A large grass area that is always perfectly green (artificial turf) is a perfect place to swing in the hammock or read a book on one of the sun loungers. In the side yard, you will find 3 fruit trees, (Meyers Lemon, lime and grapefruit) and 2 separate gates for safety. At night the lighting of the pool and palm trees creates a beautiful and peaceful ambiance. Please note: when we turn the pool heat on, we charge for the cost of this. This is not included in the rental price. We try to pass on the charge we incur, and no more. This price will vary with the night time temperatures. We can provide more details with inquiries.

In the spacious master suite, you will find a king bed with many pillows, a smart TV that is hooked up to cable that sits on a beautiful hand painted cabinet, a couch that pulls out into a twin bed, and a comfortable bench. Attached to the master is the master bath with 2 sinks, large garden tub and separate shower with huge walk in closet. The master bedroom sits away from the other two bedrooms in its own separate wing of the home and be a quiet retreat area.

The guest rooms will not disappoint. The queen room has a desk and chair and large large shutters. It is comfortably decorated in cheerful colors. You will find in each room several sets of sheets if you desire to change them out during your stay. The room with 2 twin beds is decorated in a playful sea shore blue theme and has a smart TV for streaming only, no cable tv.

Cooking in the kitchen will be a delight. You will find everything you need from top quality pots and pans to the Kruig coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric mixer, blender, and toaster. You will appreciate the quality of all the newer appliances.

The family room has a very large flat screen tv with cable service, a stereo with speakers inside and outside , a table (that can be used for extra dining or games). In the beautiful antique shelving unit you will find a wireless printer, games and books.

The laundry room is it's own separate room with hooks and cupboards. The washer and dryer can both hold extra large loads that can come in handy with using the pool and towels. You will also find an ironing board and iron in the laundry room.

In the garage, you will find 6 plus bikes with locks, equipped with all that you will need to enjoy a ride. There are several bike helmets, a pump, bike tools and even water bottles.

One our most favorite features of the home is the location. This home is walking distance (1.5 miles) to all that Kierland has to offer. There are no hills in this area and the biking and walking is fun and easy. Our favorite thing to do is to bike or walk over to the Westin at dusk and listen to the bagpiper (there every night) and then make our way to the Commons and choose from many great restaurants and then bike home. We also love to bike or walk for coffee in the morning. Please ask owners about the short cut walking/biking paths to the Westin, and the excellent shopping and dining that Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter have to offer.
