Featuring a popular floor plan with a Gulf-Front view! This property boasts nice updates and decor and is fully furnished for your comfort. There is a King in the master bedroom, a bunk room, and a pull-out couch in the living room. The awe-inspiring view stretches over the tropical pool area to the beautiful beach and salty waters, inviting you to bask in the sunshine and warm breezes from your private balcony.

Exclusive amenities at Shores of Panama such as a poolside Tiki Bar, Snack Shack, beach service, and hot tub await your enjoyment, along with a gym & indoor pool for your relaxation and entertainment. The covered portico entrance greets you as you arrive at this centrally located paradise, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. Just a short trolley ride away is Pier Park, ensuring that your vacation experience is filled with convenience and excitement. Visit us at the Shores of Panama for an unforgettable escape!

These resorts host many people during the season. The wait times at the resort elevators may be delayed depending on the time of year and the volume of guests.

The registration packet is to be purchased in the Lobby for $85. The packet will include your armbands and parking pass. Only one parking pass is available. There is paid public parking nearby if you would like to pay to park another vehicle during your stay.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Perfect location

The property was beautiful & located where we could walk to just about anything we wanted to do or eat! The view of the pool & ocean was wonderful! Elevators were pretty busy but other than a slight wait at times not much left to complain about!

Nice to see the pool area as well as the ocean from the balcony of the condo. The trash shutes were closed. The elevators were a major issue. The construction was construction (what can you say).

Emerald Beach Rentals is relieved to hear that your review doesn't have to do with the services we provide! We understand the frustration with the backed-up elevators at these resorts during the season. Unfortunately, those resorts have many units and lots of guests which can cause congestion. Busy weekend

Was a busy memorial day weekend. Was tough to find parking spaces in the parking garage and it seemed like one of the elevators was not working half the time. Other than that the facilities were nice. Seemed to be in a really nice area - located next to places you could walk to easily.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This resort is very nice and also welcoming to kids and elderly. Great Beach location with a very nice pool with plenty to do locally around the area. The room was everything we expected except during our stay our spare bathroom toilet started leaking at the floor which took a day and a half to 2 days for repairs and with 5 ppl in our party made it a little difficult. On the last day we were leaving the water to our unit was also out which made finishing up the dishes before we left and doing morning routines like brushing teeth a bit of a challenge. Overall though we would give the resort and experience atleast 3-4 stars on our stay with the minor set backs we encounterd.

Hello, we are sorry that some maintenance issues affected your stay. Once you reported the toilet leaking that evening we submitted a maintenance request. There was maintenance done to the toilet the following morning. We take the water issues very seriously. Unfortunately, the day you left the water to the building may have been out briefly for repair. We don't manage the building of Shores just a few units so some things are out of our control so we apologize for the inconvenience.

Very Basic Condo

Great location on the beach and nice resort style pool.l but the elevators were constantly out of order. The unit lacks any extras and could use updating and some TLC. No assigned parking spot, older TVs without availability to Netflix or any streaming service, the toilet paper holder was missing in the master bathroom, rusted vents, no wifi in the unit, very basic kitchen utensils, no extra blankets and very thin bed linens. Some of my friends stayed in other units, on the property that seemed much more modern and updated. I would go back to this property but not this particular unit. The best thing about this unit was the balcony and view.

We are sorry that you weren't impressed with this unit. This unit is actually in the process of updating and always has high praise for how well it's kept. We understand the frustration with the elevators at the resort and the parking. The Shores Of Panama is doing a lot of updating as a whole which has caused some congestion with elevators and parking. The wifi in the building is newly updated and fully working. I apologize if you had any issues you may have been connected to the wrong network. We always take complaints seriously and will address the issues above to make sure the next guest has a better experience. Problem was very rude parking attendant who treated us like idiots and pool staff who patrol and confiscate your belongings while you’re in the pool. Couldn’t sleep in past 8am or there were no available pool chairs. Elevators are slow and parking garage is very small. Hadnt taken vacation in 2 years & this was disappointing especially rude parking lot guy! Terrible customer service and he was our first impression of the place!

Great for the most part

The condo is beautiful, and location is great. It was very clean which is super important to me. View off balcony is fabulous. The parking situation is a nightmare. There isn’t a reserved spot for this condo so you have to hunt for an unreserved spot (far and few between). The elevators are usually clogged so you aren’t getting anywhere fast. I would possibly book this condo again IF they replaced the mattress in the bedroom. It was unimaginably uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on cardboard. Had to see the chiropractor as soon as I got home. Otherwise, it was a good visit.
