Surrounded by green lawns and trees, Il Pignocco Country House is an old farmhouse of 1700, recently restored and tastefully furnished. Inside it consists of 8 Mini Apartment likely to be occupied with the formula room only, or with breakfast included.
Il Pignocco Country House is situated on a hill overlooking the town of Pesaro, in Le Marche countryside, just 6 km from the sea.
Our proposal includes sea travel, country, relaxation, good food, walks and authentic medieval villages, such as Fano, Novilara, Candelara, Gradara, Montefabbri, Mombaroccio and finally the beautiful Urbino. In the region of Le Marche, a corner of Italy have yet to discover and appreciate, Il Pignocco Country House is the perfect place to unwind from the daily routine.
The Tower Suite Feronia is one apartment inside Il Pignocco Country House. It 's a unique suite and original inside the tower that rises above the house.
The Suite has 4 floors, connected by an ancient spiral staircase in cast iron. At the base of the tower there are a kitchenette with a fridge and a living room with TV; on the first floor there is the bathroom with a bath tub; on the second floor there is the double bedroom, on the third floor there is the terrace, which offers a magnificent panorama.
Il Pignocco Country House also boasts:
- Exclusive pool between the olive trees, at a short walk from the apartment. Around the pool there are sunbeds and deck chairs.
- The town of Pesaro, just 2.5 km away, offering services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, a beautiful old town and a walk on the waterfront .
- Reservation service to the beautiful beach "Ithaca Beach", positioned between Pesaro and Fano. The beach is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds.
- Booking service for the the restaurant "La Coppa", located near the town of Mombaroccio
-point Tourist Information Centre at the reception, which provides maps of Pesaro and its province and information about local events.
-Suggestions Of Taverns and Pubs typical Pesaro, offering tastings of delicious dishes from traditional favorites to land, or sea.

We are two sisters: Anna and Francesca. Our grandfather and our father have entrusted us an ancient country house on the hills of the beautiful town of Pesaro, where we live with our families and our children. For us, running the holiday house has been a dream come true, with lots of guests and interesting people from all over the world to meet and living in a beautiful old house.

Nowadays Agriturismo is really popular in Italy. This is what my father Paolo thought looking at the eighteenth-century Le Marche house purchased in 1952 by grandfather. So, he decided to restore our family farmhouse for guests to spend their holidays in Italy in our quiet and beautiful estate.
In our agriturismo you will experience the authentic Italy amidst olive groves, hills and a terrific sea view.
My sister Anna and I are now running the Holiday House. We will be happy to welcome you and give you suggestions to discover the best of Marche region for an unforgettable holiday in Le Marche.
