The Bear Cubs’ Penthouse has 2 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large loft. There is a king bed, a full bed, 4 bunk beds, and 2 pull out queen sofas.

The Bear Cubs’ Penthouse is located in a 45 acre condo resort ‘Seasons at Attitash’ bordering The White Mountain National Forest in Mt. Washington Valley. 1 mile from Attitash Ski Area, close to Black Mountain, Bretton Woods, Cranmore, and Wildcat ski areas, 3 miles from Storyland Amusement Park, 2 miles from the junction of Routes 16 and 302, 5 miles to North Conway, and nearby to Mt. Washington. Cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, snowmobiling are all within a 5-minute drive.

The clubhouse has a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, exercise equipment, game room, showers & changing rooms. Seasonal activities include an Outdoor Playground, Sun Deck, Tennis Courts, Whiffle Ball field, Basketball courts, fishing in summer. and outdoor ice rink (condition permitting). There is also free high-speed internet access throughout the property. The game room includes pool tables, arcade games, ping-pong tables, foosball and air hockey. Use of these facilities is included at no additional charge.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom and 55” flat screen cable and streamable smart T.V.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds – bunkbed style. The living room has a new queen pull out sleeper and a love seat and another 55" flat screen cable and streamable smart T.V. with Blu-Ray DVD player.
The large loft area has another foldout queen sofa-bed / couch, a full-size bed, and another set of twin beds, also bunk-bed style and a smaller TV with a Progressive DVD player and VCR along with a few children's movies.
Newly added is a 'micro-office' setup with a computer desk / keyboard drawer, and power-strip.
Kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, and flatware. Both a regular and a Keurig coffee maker are available.
Brand new Washer/Dryer in unit.
Ceiling fans throughout the unit, and there are two built in AC units – one in the loft, and one in the master bedroom.
There is also a wood stove and fireplace tools.
