We purchased this house in 2014. Since then we completely remodeled the entire house with a very modern style. New Addition added in 2023! Hardwood/tile through out. Granite counter tops. Stainless steel appliances. Pottery barn furniture. Insanely comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. Large outdoor deck with grill and seating for 8. Fenced in back yard.1 king,1 queen,2 double bunk beds. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms(3 indoor toilets). Large out door shower(outside). High capacity Samsung washer and dryer. 4 large flat panel TV's. High speed internet. All TV's are smart TV's and equipped with Apple TV, HBO MAX, Disney Plus, Netflix, Amazon & Hulu. Blu-ray/DVD player. Nintendo Wii in living room. Walking distance to the Delaware bay(5 blocks). Beautiful public swimming pool just 5 blocks away. 10 min drive to Atlantic ocean(cape may) & about a 15 min drive to wild wood. 10 mins away from Rio grande NJ where there is many restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, and a movie theater.

Enjoyed staying at the house & really appreciated the location. Quick drive to bay beach and pool both each with easy parking. Close proximity to grocery, ice cream & liquor stores as well. Well stocked house, backyard was nice & fenced in.

Very easy check-in. The home was exactly as advertised. Clean and very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

I did have to call to get the code to get into the residence, it was not supplied prior to arriving. We weren’t fans of having to make all the beds once we got there, that was a first. The rest of the house was fine, pretty area and only blocks from the beach and food. The house was roomy and had everything we needed.

Overall great house and great location

We really enjoyed out stay. the house is exactly what it looks like in the photos which are listed and the location is wonderful.

Great House by the Bay

Just a short walk from the bay and a few minutes drive from the beach! Perfect little getaway. Cute neighborhood, quiet porch and back yard! Lots of sleeping accommodations, fully stocked kitchen with lots of plates, cups, and cookware, washer/dryer, comfortable spaces to hang out both inside and outside. We had a great time!

Awesome Stay

Very nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed the new addition. Made the owner aware of 2 minor things and his response was very fast. Would consider staying here in the future.

Convenient located, walking distance to Bay beach

Clean, well-maintained property. Has all the basics you need, and great location for accessing Cape May and surrounding areas - you’re a ~10 minute drive to all the must-see places. Food shopping and restaurants are also very close by. Having linens included was especially convenient. The pots and pans could use updating and we couldn’t figure out the TVs in the bedrooms - but neither were major issues. The living area is fairly compact, but for two people it was great, and in nice weather there is a large, private backyard to use. Would stay here again.

The home was nice but be aware.

There was plenty of room for my family and I. I communicated with the host when I arrived and the check in was smooth. While my family and I was there we visited Alantic city and other stores in the area. The reason for the three stars is because after the stay about a month later the host messaged me about the way the property was left. The host stated there was pee in bottles and a few other things. While I was very appalled at 1. How the host decided to contact me after a month & 2. Because I know the place was left clean. The host then sent a cleaning denomination. My family and I booked for New Years and it's was 8 of us. Now some of you may think well it was New Years maybe it was left a mess but no. We even went to purchase additional products for the home such as tissue (scott), bleach, and dish liquid. I'm leaving this review to make you all aware take pictures before and after you arrived. My family and I booked during the winter time (the day we checked out it snowed in NJ) and I'm ASSUMING the host didn't have anyone to book the property after was searching for some additional funds if you know what I'm saying. None the less we appreciated the area and home but wouldn't recommend.

This review is simply not true. These guest were caught on Ring doorbell (security in the rear yard) throwing bags of garbage full of alcohol containers, urinating in the yard, smoking weed and much more. Ultimately, we just chalked it up to a loss and moved on so I’m surprised that 8 months later they felt compelled to leave a negative review. They had nothing negative to say about our house. They are just upset we are calling them out on the negative state they left the house in? As an owner you have to just deal with people like this so you read and make up your mind as to what really went on. Take a look at all our other reviews 😉

Nous avons adoré la place mais, nous sommes arrivés à la noirceur et la lumière extérieur est cassée par chance j'avais une flashlight. Nous ne pouvions pas nous servir de la douche de la grande chambre, la porte n'ouvre pas. Nous avons dû faire un ménage dans le réfrigérateur et le micro-onde et la poubelle était infecte. Les locataires précédents ne l'avaient pas vidé. À part cela c'était formidable et nous la recommenderions quand même. Nous la relouerions encore. Merci

J'ai tenté de communiquer avec ce voyageur à 4 reprises pendant son séjour pour voir s'il avait besoin de quelque chose ou si je pouvais l'aider. Ils ne m'ont jamais répondu pendant tout leur séjour. J'aurais été là dans 20 minutes pour répondre à leurs préoccupations, mais ils n'ont jamais communiqué avec moi au sujet d'une poubelle/micro-ondes sale ou d'une ampoule cassée. Il se trouve que nous restons à la maison la semaine qui a suivi et il n'y a eu aucun problème avec la porte de douche à laquelle ils font référence. Encore une fois, s'ils avaient communiqué avec moi au sujet de l'un de ces problèmes, je serais venu immédiatement et je les aurais aidés.

Weekend with grandkids

Communication with Adam was great! We enjoyed having 3 of our grandchildren ages 5, 2, and 2 along with another set of grandparents for a short getaway. The fenced in back yard and deck with seating for 8 was used a lot! Kitchen was well stocked, it was very nice that towels and linens were provided (although we didn’t find any washcloths). We walked to the bay for some fun every day , went mini golfing one evening and visited the close by Cape May County zoo and played at the fun playground there. Very much enjoyed our stay and apologize we forgot to run the dishwasher before we left.

Wonderful Vacation

A great house with a quiet neighborhood. Very centrally located to the Bay Beach and the North Cape May restaurants. It has a really nice fenced in yard with a great deck and a table that seats 8 for family dinners. The house is newly remodeled and clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely book this house again! .

The house was everything we were looking for, nice amenities and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to all of the hot spots. The owner was very easy to communicate with, we would definitely stay here again

Sweet Home in Sweet Area

The bay area of Cape May is a beautiful gem. The house is modern and renovated. The owner is very accommodating and was very responsive to a couple of minor issues upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment (there is not alot of storage for pantry goods.) The decor is updated, homey and comfortable. We had a wonderful week here.
