Unit 612 - Holiday Isle - 6th floor lobby unit at Holiday Isle gulf-front condominiums on Dauphin Island! This unit recently upgraded with all the extras you could think of and more--including three 55" smart TVs, Instapot, crock pot, air fryer, ice cream maker, Mr Coffee and Keurig with reusable Kcup, KitchenAid stand mixer, brand new pots, pans, & pyrex dishes, USB ports in 2 bedside lamps, coolers, day time and night vision binoculars, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, tennis rackets & balls, and ping pong paddles & balls, and bbq tools for community grill. Fresh coat of paint and gorgeous custom floors throughout. Master Bedroom has King bed, private balcony with gulf view, and ensuite bath with jack and jill sinks, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. Living area of condo features new sectional sofa, writer's desk with a gulf view, with dining for 4 in adjacent dining area, and extra seating at barstools at the breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. 2nd bedroom has King bed, 55" flat screen smart TV, and armoire. 2nd Bath features shower/tub combo and shower wand with massage. Laundry room has washer, dryer, and iron. Beautiful new balcony furniture includes outdoor dining for 4, 2 chaise lounge chairs, and a sofa seating 3.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.

The beach views and sunset was absolutely amazing. The room was as described. Excellent views and the deck was a real nice feature with plenty of seating .. The rooms were very clean and the furniture was perfect for us.

The property was very clean and well maintained. This room was very nice and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfortable which made for good sleep! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the long walk to the beach and this room is directly above the outdoor pool which can be loud at times while on the balcony.

Great place

The property was clean, well stocked. There is a long walk to the beach and construction was going on next door for the last 2 days. I would ask before I stayed again whether there will be construction. Other than this- a great place.

A family of three, be prepared to use the trolly to get to gulf shores to eat at restaurants. It’s nice and easy. The trolly runs on a schedule. But dauphin island is a real quiet chill place. Away from any kind of craziness. It’s secluded from a lot of the “tourist like attractions” but it is the place you want to be for some relaxing quiet beach time.

Very nice facility that was perfectly located to the private beach. Our unit was very clean and well appointed.The pool area was quite crowded during the weekend and it was not well supervised as many people were drinking in the pool and others eating on the pool deck when signs clearly stated no food or drink allowed. Several units had towels hanging on the railings which was supposed to be strictly against the rules.We felt the facility was very secure, with codes needed to get into all areas.Staff were very friendly and kept the overall facility very clean.We would recommend this place to others

Excellent property

This condo is amazing. It has all the amenities. The kitchen is very equipped. The furnishings & decor is much nicer than other condos that I’ve stayed in. The unit is centrally located. The deck is perfectly furnished. I highly recommend this condo. Unfortunately when we visited the beach was full of seaweed ( very uncommon). The shelling was still excellent & there were spots on the beach that weren’t full of seaweed.

Vacation Paradise

This was our first time to Daulphin Island and it did not disappoint. If you are looking for a quiet secluded place to go that isn’t crowded, this is your spot for vacation. The condo building was clean, the covered parking garage was great and we loved the gated entrances. The local flare for food and restaurants was wonderful. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as it seemed on the website. I would definitely return to this place again. The property management team was top notch. They always answered the phone and were always extremely helpful. Lastly Chaise and Rays did a fabulous job having our rental chairs and umbrellas set up daily. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach but the boardwalks available made that easier.

Great condo, great location, great view

This condo had everything we wanted and more. The supplies provided were very generous (more generous than most condo rentals), the beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. My husband and I had a relaxing week. The property manager were quick to respond to questions before our booking and we appreciated having someone at the desk if we had questions during our stay. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Spring Break

We had an excellent time during our stay on Dauphin Island. The property was very clean and had everything our family needed for a week away. Our 5 year old loved the indoor pool, especially since it was a little cooler during our trip. The location is great - excellent view, short walk to the beach and several places to eat within walking distance.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo!

The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable -- everything from the awesome sectional and nice patio furniture to the beds. It also is well-stocked. We had everything we needed except coffee -- we did not realize that was not provided until we arrived. That probably was communicated to us and we missed it! The location has great beach access, and the beach was quiet and pretty when we visited in early March. We found one fun bar-restaurant in walking distance, The Islander. We ate most of our meals at Pirate's Bar and Grill, which is a short drive away. Great sunset views! There is a nice ocean view from the unit, though note there are oil rigs visible in the distance. We didn't use the onsite pools, but they all appeared to be well-maintained, as is the building overall. My husband and I enjoyed the unit and our visit to Dauphin Island!

This was our first trip with our almost 1 yr old and this condo checked off all our wants and needs as a family. Right on the beach, pool access, tastefully furnished but still safe for our infant (the living room area with a big sectional, ottoman, and squishy rug was PERFECT.. if you've traveled with a baby you know it’s not unheard of to pass by any property with too much glass!!) king sized beds, beach chairs and toys, fully furnished balcony , amazing jetted tub for Mom to soak .. I could go on. We had a relaxing, comfortable time. Thank you.

Quiet vacation

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and quiet even with us being close to the elevators. Honestly, the only negative thing I can think of….the silverware set in the kitchen was so small…the forks and spoons were tiny. But that’s it!! Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful views.

EXCEPTIONAL CONDO !!!!!!!!!!

The cleanliness of this room was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! It has everything you need in the kitchen.. We brought more than we needed..the rooms were very spacious and clean with Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. You can take the elevator to the 6th floor and turn and your room is right there with an air conditioned lobby. Beach access is at the 1st floor and easy to get to. They have beach toys on the deck if you have children plus a couple of folding chairs. I would recommend this unit to anyone.. it is well worth every penny!!!!!
