Perfect location

Perfectly comfortable and extremely convenient location. Short walk to shops and beach across the street. Wendy was an excellent host!

Perfect Rockport

The location was perfect. It is a sweet little studio with everything you need. Wendy the host/owner couldn’t have been nicer, and the studio was stocked with essentials. Beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance

We really enjoyed our week in the Seaside Gardens studio apartment. The host, Wendy, could not have been nicer or more helpful, especially when I wanted to do a special lobster birthday dinner for my husband during our stay. The studio is centrally located without being adversely affected by the very bustling summer crowds in Rockport. We ate in a lot and found the kitchen had everything we wanted/needed to prepare full meals. There were also many nice extra touches - fresh milk, juice, yogurt and coffee to get started, a nice selection of books, plenty of dishes, beach chairs and towels and even a desk drawer with everything from tape (which we needed!) to paperclips and playing cards. Definitely a good choice for a Rockport stay.

Great, quiet studio apartment

Close to Rockport attractions and you can walk everywhere. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was very quiet! Excellent accommodations!

This is a wonderful property in Rockport; Wendy provides much more than required, is there to help but never intrusive. Wonderful location, comfortable bed (!) Just what I was looking for…thanks, Wendy.

This was perfect

This was perfect for us just steps away from the beach and steps away from the center of town. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was stocked with basic needs which we didn’t expect but was a nice surprise! We had a great time.

Relaxing stay

Fantastic spot for relaxing and sight seeing. Just around the corner from the beach. Hostess was graciously accomodating. Look forward to our next stay!

Picturesque

Highly recommended!! Rockport is such a beautiful place. The location of this studio was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. The place was clean and adorable. It also has parking!!! Which if you have never been to the area, having a place to park is a big deal. Wendy was wonderful and her extra little touches made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would stay again in a second.

Cozy and quaint

Oh my gosh, we didn't want to leave! My sister and I spent the weekend at Seaside Gardens and immediately felt at home. The studio apartment was perfect for our needs. It was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice to sit and have coffee in the morning and then take a walk through the charming town of Rockport, with all it's shops and restaurants. We had a chance to visit Salem, which was about 45 minutes away and then enjoyed a whale watch in Gloucester. Wendy was a wonderful and welcoming host. I definitely recommend!

Location, price, cleanliness

I grew up in Rockport so I knew what kind of setting, charm and location I was seeking. This street level studio delivered. Perfect for 2 people. Stocked with coffee and full size refrigerator and cookware. Hosts were gracious. Beach chairs for guests to use. Parking spot (big bonus in downtown). Loved it.

Cozy Coastal getaway

The studio was nicely located near the restaurants , boutiques and waterfront. It has all of the amenities that one would need for either a short or long term stay. The hostess is a very pleasant and a accommodating person. She is very attentive in ensuring that your stay in Rockport is a good experience and will go out of her way to assist in whatever she can do. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, however we found that the bed was a little small for a couple.

Cozy Studio

We enjoyed 5 nights in Rockport. This is a perfect location and Wendy is a wonderful host. The studio has many amenities, more than enough blankets, pillows, linens, kitchen supplies and small appliances on hand. Having our own kitchen was wonderful and Wendy's garden is very welcoming. We had a lovely stay.

The best rental in Rockport

We had a wonderful stay, very nice location near the beach and other attractions and restaurants of Rockport. Very nice backyard with beautiful flowers and a perfect BBQ / resting area. The owners are very kind and thoughtful, always there to meet your needs.

Seaside Gardens- We had a wonderful time!

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever stayed at. The owner, Wendy, is thoughtful and helpful. Every aspect has been well attended to, every detail was considered and the two night stay we had was only marred by the fact that we actually had to leave to go home... My mother, 85 years young, had no trouble navigating the property and strongly endorses the studio as a comfortable and very lovely place to stay. The gardens are bright and cheerful, (as a photographer I took loads of photos, and will have memories of Wendy's Seaside Gardens for years to come) I do hope we can return again next year. I must add that the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for every need, and the wifi was excellent. The Air conditioner kept us cool and comfy. Thank you Wendy, we really enjoyed our get-away. Steps to town and beach-perfect! p.s. Wendy gave mom many craft and decorating ideas- the studio is very nicely and creatively decorated with Wendy's special touch:-) Thank you, Deb and Sophie, August 2012.

Great stay in Rockport

We just came back from Rockport after spending a week there and we could not have found a better place to stay than the Seaside Garden . Wendy was very helpful from the time of booking til we left ..She and her partner are very welcoming and enthusiastic about things to visit in the area . The studio was perfect location , clean and fully equipped . There is also a BBQ to use which was great . The studio is very close to the beach and restaurants /shops . We would not hesitate to recommend this place . Linda and Steven Ottawa , Canada

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for 3 weeks this past summer, and it was a perfect location. The studio apartment had everything we could possibly need- comfortable beds, a small kitchenette with full fridge/ freezer, living space, and a window a/c that became essential during a brief heat wave. It was also very clean and well equipped, which was great on evenings when we chose to stay in to eat and watch a movie. There is no way you could get a room in local motel/ hotel that even compares with the extra space and comfort! Wendy made us extremely welcome, and was very helpful about local events/ attractions. Absolutely the best deal in Rockport, hands down.
